Soo bad. Unbelievable! 10s of people waiting worse than in a hospital. While employees are nowhere to be found. Some in the back room, some outdoor!!! Lawless land. Don’t get me started on the problems with their 5G and broadband. Those are self explanatory…

If any one having habit of reviewing the review.i strongly re-commend to have reviews before purchasing anything from three network.This is uks worst network and worst customer service providerAnd insurance team of three tight up square trade that is disgusting service provider.these 2 company right together and doing scams in bulk.They don't even bother about customer and they consider our concerns regarding any issueI request every one don't go with three network I strongly trying to pass this to my friends and family to ban the three

No Professional ethics Not at all. To my surprise I met with the deputy manager and my experience was worse! That’s my third time visiting the store and I regret entering there. My husband ordered a phone and sim after ripping us off of 60 pounds the order was cancelled two weeks later including the customer service online no one could give a sensible reason for cancellation. I ordered after and i was also ripped off of 60 pounds no phone nor sim was delivered. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No money was refunded till now and I’ve been there severally.

When I found out that eSIM was available on Three with Pay As You Go, I went to the shop for it.However, the staff member who helped me lied to me, saying that eSIMs do not work with Pay As You Go.I thought my research was wrong, so I took his word for it and left the shop, but when I checked again later, it was still true that eSIMs can be used with Pay As You Go.I was very angry with him, but also sad.My English is not good enough, I can hear but still cannot speak well.So I used a translation app to make sure he knew what I wanted.But as a result, I was lied to.Did he lie because he thought I was a troublesome customer because I was using a translation app?Or did he really think I would not respond?Either way, there is definitely something lacking in him, whether it is a lack of sincerity or a lack of knowledge.This is a terrible response.

My 2 stars are for the store generally + my experience there, NOT the people who helped me. Tasha on the welcome desk who checked me in was amazing - I watched her help so many people, staff + customers alike. If she isn't a manager already she should be promoted! Shane was the person who directly helped me and he was great too, professional and friendly and kind.However, the store itself is very hectic and it was my third attempt at visiting and all I needed to do was pick up a SIM card that I had pre-ordered and paid for online. I have done this with other networks and it's been as simple as going in and picking it up. Here I was told the wait time was 20-30 mins every time I went in. The pick up system needs to be changed when it's just for a sim. The inconvenience and time wasted (I waited 40 mins on this third attempt) really put me off and honestly I would not visit a Three store again because of this.

Very bad service, the app is a disaster. I couldn't renew my package from the app because it is disaster. So I came to the branch and there was a list of many many people waiting I waited for 1 hour just to do something easy like renew my pack. What kind of service is this. I really really regret that I choose three I made a mistake and I don't want to change as my number is registered everywhere.

I was told by customer service I had to go to the store or call them if I wanted to cancel my contract. I've tried to call several times over different days and NO ONE ever answered the phone. I can't go to the shop so I really need someone to do their job and answer the phone.
