I get my hair cut by Beck and she's absolutely lovely. Really takes her time to make sure that you are happy with the result which I always have been. Fate is a friendly salon that makes you feel so welcome, it's the only place I'll ever go!

I can’t recommend the salon highly enough. I visited today and was really impressed with the quality of service - from the friendly welcome at reception right through to the professional advice and care during my hair wash, cut, colour and style, nothing was too much trouble.Also, the small things really do matter - the festive decorations in the window are tasteful, the caramel latte was a lovely touch and the music was perfectly pitched, just what I needed to switch off and relax after a busy week at work.The whole team went the extra mile to make sure my experience was enjoyable and I won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Even had my make up done, felt a million dollars when I left. Must book in to get my nails done next time…

VERY disappointed I am sorry to say. I booked with the director, well in advance, for a trim and blow dry. I arrived on time. No one came forward for me to tell them my name, or appointment details so I just took a seat and waited. After waiting for over 30 minutes I asked someone what was happening with my appointment. I was told that there were 2 directors and one had left due to pregnancy. It appeared that my pre-booked appointment had just disappeared!. They did offer me another stylist instead, but by this time it was 3/4hour after my appointment time so I could not wait any longer, as I was due at a family party in Lichfield. I was SO disappointed as I wanted to look my best for this special occasion! This was not very professional of them to say the least !

It was my first time visiting Fate yesterday and I was not disappointed! I had a truly wonderful afternoon. The salon itself is modern, bright and aesthetically pleasing. All staff members were friendly, happy and engaged in conversations with me and were very accommodating. Originally I had only booked in with Luisa (lash professional) for my lashes and brows but Mark (hair stylist) managed to also squeeze me in for a fab blow dry- which has even lasted until today! (Not forgetting my wonderful head massage from Phoebe when washing my hair too!) I absolutely love my lashes and brows and feel like my eyes have been well and truly ‘styled!’ Luisa took her time to listen to exactly how I wanted my lashes to look, my lifestyle and she also advised what shade to have my brows too to complement my skin tone. She took her time and discussed aftercare with me so I could maximise the effects of my LVL treatment. She even popped on a collagen lip mask as an added bonus! I spoke with Molly too (make up artist) but she is fully booked on the date in which I needed. She therefore went above and beyond and suggested local artists I could try for availability which I appreciate is not her responsibility to do. I enjoyed my experience at Fate so much I have booked in for another blow dry with Farrah at the weekend and my lash and brow treatments again next month! Great work team and huge congratulations to Kate and Farrah!

Never a bad experience at Fate Hair Design! Always walk out of the salon feeling at my best, the staff are clearly trained to a very high standard and the salon experience is simply luxury . Would highly recommend to anybody looking for the full salon experience and complete hair transformations to a very high standard!

The salon is good however the other staff who rent the place are very unprofessional. I have been let down the day of my engagement by the make-up artist, where you can imagine the effect this has had on me emotionally. The other staff member who rents the salon is the lady who is doing the lashes has refused to book me in because I have said how upset I am she cancelled on me on the day of my engagement. I would think more than twice before booking in with the people that rent the place because, for me, being professional is a bit of impact and customer service. I really do hope no one else experience this.

I love this salon. I went here because a few of my blonde haired friends rave about how amazing they are. They were not wrong! I spent hours with Farrah having a colour correction, I was so brassy and my colour was all over the place from another salon. She did such an amazing job and she even stayed over an hour to make sure I was happy with my hair. I really appreciated that. I also had a few nanos put in today by Kate :) can’t wait for my next appointment, thank you both x

Fate is a beautiful salon & I always leave extremely happy with the results. I’ve been seeing Kate for my hair for over 5 years & she’s so skilled at what she does - she’s even saved me last minute in some memorable hair disasters (caused by myself!!)Farah & Kate are really easy to talk to, they are good at advising what will look good if you’re not too sure what you want, and they are experts in their field.Thanks for always making me feel fabulous!George xxx

I have been going to see Luisa for my LVL lashes / brows / classics for nearly 5 years now and there is no one else I would trust. Fate has such a lovely atmosphere and I feel so comfortable there. Can not talk highly enough of Luisa or Fate! Luisa is the best of the best!

Always received the most phenomenal service from all Staff at Fate. When entering you are instantly made to feel welcome and the staff can’t do enough for you. Kate’s always gone above and beyond to accommodate my appointments, and in return my loyalty remains. Fate is made up of the highest quality team, handpicked for their high standards and professional attributes. If you’re looking for a high class, relaxed, professional environment then Fate comes highly recommended.A special mention to the three ladies who booked me in last minute for my nails, lashes and make up, I left the salon feeling beautiful and had lots of compliments throughout the evening.
