Fantastic mini break away. Beautiful cosy cottage. Very homely and just what we needed. Went as a family and was great little place stay and not far from main areas driving wise to get too. Would definitely recommend!

Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights in April, booking and communicating was easy, with the hosts on hand to respond to any questions quickly and effectively. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and has absolutely everything you need without us needing to bring any additional extras. Every room is lovely, so well furnished with all furniture and amenities like brand new. The main bedroom is spacious and very comfy with the bathroom having a great shower and bath. The whole property is very spacious and has absolutely everything we needed and we couldn’t have wanted anymore. We also had the additional extra of the hot tub which was set up and ready for us on arrival and was a great experience. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Garthowen cottage. It was lovely and clean, had everything we needed and Very spacious. The added luxury of having the hot tub was great. We spent a lot of time in it and the children throughly enjoyed it. It was nice to just relax for a couple of days in the peace and quite.We have already recommend it to family and would most definitely stay again.Francis was very helpful and her response time was impeccable.Thank you so muchMelody, Nathan & girls

This cottage is just totally perfect owners are very accommodating, friendly and very prompt to communicate with. The cottage is done to a very high standard throughout and can not wait to return. The village is beautiful so much to see and do in the area. Amazing stay in every way will most defo return as soon as we are able

Fantastic cottage lovely done and beautiful place to stay

Excellent cottage to spend time in. It was easy to find and in a very good location with all the amenities you need within walking distance. There is designated parking which is always a bonus.Whilst looking like a cosy cottage from the outside, inside it was very well maintained, well appointed and very clean. Convenient heating controls, excellent shower and very comfy beds make it a superb place to stay. After our stay we will be researching other Escapism Wales properties in the hope they will be as good as Gwalia was.

Great house, lovely location and very relaxing. Quality of the house, the fixtures and fittings were great, no expense spared. Overall everything was brilliant. Hot tub was well worth the extra and the host was always contactable with quick responses. Definitely recommend this property.

Lovely cottage...everything you need in it. All done to an excellent standard...only downside was the early check out...we feel 11am would be a more suitable time
