The samples supplied were perfect. Unfortunately the finished product took three attempts to try to get right (holes drilled in wrong places, incorrect quantities, parts with torn out sections, cuts not as per cutting files) and they still weren't all correct so we gave up. We binned 1/4th of the order as they were unusable. Probably a good company if you're just looking for simple cuts and shapes but I don't recommend for anything precise. We asked for a partial refund but were denied and then they went dark.

This place is a great example of customer service. I am a novice DIY (not a tradesperson) knowing what I wanted to achieve but little about the materials and application. Everyone from front of shop to management, warehouse staff and assistants gave time to help me find the right timber to the right size and adhesive. They took it to my car and even my dog got a dog biscuit. Hats-off to these guys and their great service.

As a member of the public going into places like this can be daunting and service often sarcastic". However I cannot praise the service and knowledge of these guys enough (prices are pretty good too). If you are a DIYer and need advice as well as product

have been using wenbans for over 5 years now for all my sheet cutting work (which is an awful lot ) , amazing and quick service ,staff are easy to deal with and very helpful, a big shout out to mark the board cutting superman :-) Highly recommended..
