Carlos and his wife were very compassionate. He arrived asap about 10pm when other vets refused to come out. So gentle and understanding with us and dear George. Sorted our insurance claim promptly and arranged cremation. Offered us bereavement services and messaged many times to check we were well! What a lovely gentleman xx

It was time to put our 15 hear old dog down and we did not want to stress him out with going to a vets. We searched for home euthanasia clinics and found a big number of companies locally to us in Caerphilly area. Rang a few and was disappointed with their attitude as it was a Sunday. But eventually came across last wishes mobile vet, they were absolutely amazing, Gemma took all the details and was very compassionate towards us. They came out that very day and made the whole experience bareable. Carlos the vet was so kind and thoughtful and the process, although heartbreaking, was perfect for our dogs last goodbye. They offer support through companies that deal with loss and also offered their own personal numbers if we needed to talk about it. Finally, they hand delivered the ashes only 5 days later. I cannot thank them enough for their services and would highly recommend this company to anyone going through the difficult decision of pet euthanasia. Thank you both.

Highly recommend, Carlos and Gemma were very professional yet showed so much sympathy and empathy. This is the first time I’ve lost a pet and my dog was nearly 15. Everything was perfect under the circumstances. All the little touches and words of comfort meant so much and l will be forever thankful to them both.Complete dignity and respect shown to my gorgeous mischa right until the end.Thankyou both so much xx

Never did I think I would be writing such a review.I think many of us hope that we never have to make such a decision. But unfortunately such decisions have to be made when you see the pain and struggle each day that your elderly dog is living with. Gemma and Carlos’s empathy, love and compassion helped a great deal making the entire process so much more bearable. From the first point of contact, to our darling Shi passing right through to personally returning 3 days later with a memory box for her. I will forever be grateful for the care you gave us as well as Shi in the very short time we had together.Thank you for everything Nathan, Kirsty, Ashton & Ava.

I highly recommend Carlos and Gemma, when we had to have our beloved Maisie put to sleep Carlos came out and was excellent, very caring and sympathetic. She was a big dog (St.Bernard) with a big personality, it all went very smoothly and we had her ashes back three days later. If you need a genuine caring vet call Carlos. I can't thank him enough.

When it's time to say goodbye to your pet, your friend imagine sitting on the settee with their head on your lap as they fall asleep. Last Wishes made this happen for me and my boy. I can't thank Gemma and Carlos enough for their kindness and how gentle they were with my boy.
