Initially very good service. It always is when they want your money.When it comes time to sort any warranty issues, well that's another story. Sent car back waited weeks for the car to essentially not be looked at. Communication poor. No call backs, ignored calls etc. In the end I ended up going down to the garage to sort the issue out in person. Highly unprofessional attitude to customer service. I understand everyone gets busy but this experience was a joke.Taken car else where to be repaired. No faith in the garages capabilities to undertake the work in a timely manner or honor the warranty work required.You do get one point for delivering and picking up the car mind. That was decent. Shame about the warranty work....

Bought my first car here, Audi TT, and I could not have chosen a better dealer if I tried. It is coming up to a year on my warranty now, and the service I have received by Cameron, Lee, Brad has been first class. Both during and after purchase. Even when the warranty expires, I will still be using their services. Very hard to find honest people in this industry. You've got my loyalty!!

My daughter recently bought a Mercedes A Class from Burbage Car Sales and the service received from the team couldn't have been better. There was a couple of cosmetic issues that they put right at no extra cost including obtaining Sat Nav software. Advisories from a previous MOT (all four brakes) were also taken care of giving my daughter peace of mind and her dream car. I would definitely recommend Burbage Car Sales who went over and above to deliver an excellent service.

Purchased my now pride and joy here last week. Really looked after me and couldn’t be happier with my new car! A genuine honest garage with a great selection of cars. The staff were great with me and could not recommend enough!

Would like to put a review on here to show my appreciation towards this garage in how much effort they’ve put into making sure my car is what it should be after quite a major fault on the car they’ve done more then necessary into putting it right and would recommend to anyone thanks again burbage car sales.

At the beginning of August 23 I purchased a seat Leon from Burbage car sales. At every stage during purchase and since then Cameron and the guys have been responsive and helpful.About 2 weeks after the car was delivered the engine management light came on. After diagnosis by a garage I have used before, and after having the car collected and double checked and diagnosed, I now have the car back with a new catalytic converter and 02 sensor. The guys also looked at the clutch as it stuck once and replaced the slave cylinder.Top lads who went the extra mile

Purchased a Audi TT TFSI 2.0, i was absolutely in love with this car but has now been my biggest regret due the problems it has caused me and the amount of money that has been spent on it, I will list them below.1. Injector failure - Expensive job2. Throttle body valve cracked in half was told by the mechanic i was very lucky that the part did not snap off and destroy the engine or other major components.3. Left side window regular failed, right side window regulator is on its way too.4. Electric issue within the car meant radio and right side speaker would go off when it suited.5. Left and right break, reverse and indicator lights failed due to the plug and pins melting.

Amazing dealership to deal with. Cameron, the owner and all the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is no pressure to buy their vehicles and they hand over the keys to freely check out any vehicle you'd like to look at and answer all questions honestly and patiently. We purchased an Audi A1, a CAT D vehicle for the first time and had our concerns but were given a 12 month warranty with the vehicle for peace of mind. The car drove perfectly but experienced a coolant leak around a month later. The process of getting the issue sorted was as simple as getting the car to a dealer and sending over the invoice for them to check and they paid almost instantly with no delays!! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy from Burbage Car Sales even if you aren't located close to the dealership. Definitely worth the trip! We will be recommending them to family and friends with confidence.

My friend had many difficulties with the car purchased from them and ended up having to sell the car after only a few months. Being her first car this has put her off with buying other vehicles as no help was provided and no responses were given including ignoring calls. Would definitely not recommend to family and friends or anyone for that matter
