We were very impressed with the care and compassion shown to us and especially our seventeen year old cat, when she had to be put to sleep at the weekend. The receptionist and vet could not have helped us more. We were very grateful.

I referred my cat to Park Vets Sidcup as my current vet was unable to give him his booster -apparently a shortage of vaccine again. Another vet had turned me away as they were only giving the jabs to existing customers. My cat had been poorly for a couple of days prior to the consult and I asked that he be given a thorough check over. Although costly it was important to me that this be done in a timely manner which indeed it was. My thanks go to the vets Martin and Graham.

We have been using Park Vets since Tiny (long haired Chihuahua) joined our family in 2020. She is an older dog so we joined the pet plan scheme - I like being able to see the vet twice a year to raise any concerns. The vets are always so lovely to Tiny and put her at ease! Tiny has had a couple of procedures such as a spay (as an older dog) plus she’s had her teeth cleaned! All went very well. Thanks to Park Vets for the peace of mind!

Love this vets. My dog, for the first time ever was relaxed here. The vet was quiet and talked to him quietly, which relaxed him. I will be making this vet practice my new preferred vets. Wished gone here years before. Also, easy and loads of parking. A ramp for easy access. Spacious waiting room. I'm hoping our vet visits will be a better experience from now on.

Good friendly service and fast response but extremely expensive.We were with parkvets for 6 years over 2 of our dogs. But decided to go for another vet after period of illness with our dog where we had to claim from our insurance, the main thing that pushed us away was how fast insurance was exhausted before any diagnosis was even in scope, few tests and observations over 2-3 days would cost 3-4 thousand, this caused a lot of anxiety as we thought our insurance plan was already fair generous.After this incident we called around and noticed how much cheaper it was with surrounding independent vets from routine treatments like teeth cleaning, vaccinations etc to tests like blood, urine and biopsies and decided to go when we noted the price was 2-3x higher at park vets.To their credit appointments are always prompt and usually no queue for appointments, the staff seems friendly and knowledgeable if not a bit pushy for repeating same tests even if they come back inconclusive or normal, we would like to imagine those recommendations are made not on financial reasons.We noted they were acquired by an investment company few years ago and not sure if it is the reason for the high prices, but I would advise try shop around first if you are budget conscious.
