From first contact MA Motor Company were excellent to deal with.Beginning with all but concluding a part exchange deal over the phone with Andrew to meeting Matthew and finalising things, things went smoothly. I was happy with the part exchange terms and pleased with the deal generally.However, the true test of quality customer service is the after sales if something goes wrong (as occasionally it does with cars).I had an early problem with my new acquisition and this is where MA really showed their mettle.Matthew was straight on the ball and along with Stuart got to the heart of the issue. His genuine concern and swift positive action was very reassuring. Larger motor dealers could learn a thing or two from MA .I would recommend MA Motor Company to anyone looking to change their car and wanting to be dealt with fairly, professionally and respectfully.

Cannot recommend this company enough. We purchased a car from Matt around 3 years ago and were really pleased with every element of the service. When our daughter passed her test recently we knew exactly where to take her for her first car. She picked one on her first visit and was encouraged to test drive for as long as she liked. She did.. twice!This company are so reliable and trustworthy and always have a great selection in stock that we chose a new car too at the same time (Not planned I promise). I would not recommend at all I’ve bought 2 cars from here now and they’ve both had problems I’ve had it only 7 months after paying £10,000 the service light came up after I was told they have serviced it and I’ve got a big bill with a list of problems that need doing I’d stay away if I could advise anyone

From the first contact with Matt to finally surprising my son with his new car, the whole process was a doddle. Having spotted the car through Autotrader, Matt responded to my initial enquiry promptly and I agreed to purchase the car ( 12 month old Corsa Griffin). I was travelling from the North East so Matt arranged for me to be collected from the train station and the car was immaculate and expertly presented. The paperwork took less than 30 mins to complete and I was on my way. My son is over the moon with his new car and I couldn't recommend MA Motor Company enough. Many thanks to Matt and his team for making an 18 year old car loving lad very happy.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Saw the car I liked online on Monday, Matt drove it out to me that same day for a view/test drive as I was unable to get to the garage. By Saturday (when I could get to the garage), I'd picked the car up and all the paperwork was done within a few minutes. MA Motor Company offer exceptional customer service and fantastic cars. Brilliant local company. I'd absolutely buy a car from Matt again in the future. Thanks so much Matt! :-)
