ATS Euromaster Glasgow Finneston Street

I would give less than zero stars if I could. Having an emergency with one of the wheels, after looking for a nearest tire shop I found them, seeing the structure I thought it was a serious workshop instead I was shocked the service was really rude, I tried to enter the workshop asking for help instead a gentleman who worked there tall with glasses rudely yelled at me to go to the office, after entering I tried to explain my problem, having the wheel on the ground I asked if he could help me but with an answer I received a NO! telling me they were busy and to come next week even smiling like he was teasing me but the workshop was completely empty, I tried to make him understand that it was an emergency but he didn't care treating me like he didn't care maybe because I'm not from this country and he didn't want to help me. I do not recommend this place to anyone, they preferred to send you away instead of helping me.

The man at the reception was very polite and welcoming. I dropped off my care for Air con recharge, unfortunately I needed the whole heater motor replaced. He was very helpful and gave me afew suggestions where to go. Shame didn't get his name. All in all...100% customer service

Went back to my car after work to find a flat tyre with a screw stuck in it. Called up ATS, dropped it off with them, and picked it up the next day all fixed. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Reasonable price too. Would recommend and return in future.

Update:- after my car was regassed, I asked the guy behind the counter dealing with it, if it had shown any leaks and he replied no. However, after just a few, short weeks, the once-chilled air coming from the vents, is no longer chilled and barely cool. Obviously the system has a VERY significant leak and a total waste of time and money getting it regassed whilst this leak exists. I'm VERY disappointed indeed, that a leak of this size wasn't detected and would not recommend using ATS until they are capable of checking for significant leaks before attempting any regas.Took my wee Peugeot 206 convertible in for an aircon regas at the very hard to beat price of £42 when booked using a Groupon voucher and bought online at Groupon. Left it with them and 1 hour later returned, job done and, for the first time since buying this car, had deliciously cold air blowing thru the airvents and wishing I'd got this done on buying my car 3 years ago. ATS staff were polite and very efficient at getting this job done quickly and I'd strongly recommend.

Amazing!I had my air con done through the groupon voucher i purchased and they made an wonderful job of my air conThey cleaned the system out then recharged it and there was a lovely smell when i got my car back!Highly recommendedWill be back in the future

On the 17th of April my dad was taken into hospital via ambulance, i was supposed to follow in my car, except one of my tires lost pressure suddenly as i was about to get onto the motorway, so I knew ATS was around the corner and I asked if I could leave my car in their car park and Id get it booked in with them when i could.. The team saw I was visibly upset, said it was fine.Donald, the manager at the time went above and beyond, he actually offered to take me to the queen elizabeth, to save me waiting on a taxi. And later on they phoned to say they understood it was a stressful time so they had squeezed my car in and got it sorted with the new tyres and organised this with my company as it was a company car so i didn't have to deal with this.The kindness shown by this branch was incredible. My dad has been seriously ill and only got out of hospital a few days ago, hence why the review has been written so late.I've used this garage before on two occasions and they have been nothing but professional & courteous. I really can't speak highly of them enough for the compassion they showed when they had no reason to help. Thank you so much to everyone at the team in finnieston.

Car l got was 7326 miles on it the check list said no damage on it there was so be very careful when getting car from them U check it out right last time l had a van with them was 3L under offered pay the 5 pounds said no. Charged me 17 pounds l gave 1 star if l got my way it be nail

Was in this morning to get my works van serviced. The service was first class and the people who worked there were very freindly and professional and i would have given them more than the 5 starts if i could.

Would have got 5 stars but after booking an appointment the week before to find the branch completely closed with no explanation as to why really peed me off!The next week the staff explained there were staff shortages but no one told the customers that were all waiting outside with me the week before!That aside, when I did get my tyre replaced, they were very good. In and out very quick and excellent service.
