Fabulous shop smallish but definitely we'll stocked, walked around as they have so many beautiful different parrots who say hello to you as you walk past, we were up for parrot toys nd they had a great selection to choose from. The lady in charge has a great knowledge of birds in general and seemed happy enough to take time to talk to us, will definitely be back.

The photo is of one of many boxes the shop acted as a distribution hub for in aid of Ukraine. Now under new management and the new owner is so helpful. Sorry I didn't know the original owner and have no doubt she was super too.

Not very pleasant people to deal with. They surrendered a dog to us who was in shocking condition. Owners of a pet shop couldn’t give the dogs a blanket or a bed or a toy to go to their new home with!! Refused for months to send the paperwork and only did so when I threatened them with legal action and contacted the former owner to help. They seem to have a new puppy regularly then it disappears when it gets passed the cure stage. The poor dog seemed to be used to advertise items in the shop. He was anxious and scared and his coat was in terrible condition. Other people also mentioned their concerns at the dog’s treatment. The step daughter runs the shop and is rude, lied about sending the papers several times. SHAMEFUL PLACE AND PEOPLE!!

Such a wonderful little shop. Love it for all your pet needs. Good prices. My dog can't walk past without wanting to go in. If they don't have the product your looking for they'll try and get it in for you which is great. Love this shop

The hidden gem of pet shops, Petz Zone is a treasure trove of pet supplies. You are made so welcome from the moment you enter the shop. Karen and her staff have a great knowledge of birds of all sizes and are more than helpful. Big thank you from the Flecks for getting us the most amazing birthday surprise ever..you made one little girl's day and Frankie is already one very spoilt birdie!!!PS thanks Karen for answering the dozens of questions, messages and giving expert advice.
