I’ve been coming here for years. Never let me down. Excellent service as usual. I was hacked on my laptop so they gave me lots of advice. Talked me through the process of what I need to do. Showed me a step by step guide to help back up files etc and wipe laptop clean. Highly recommend. Always very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you once again for your invaluable help and advice.

I have used MK2 a few times for repair and purchase. This time they went over and above, fixing my son's HP laptop screen. It was a really difficult job sourcing the right screen as it was an unusual model but they didn't give up, even driving to suppliers with the laptop to try to find the right replacement at no extra cost. Kept me updated every few days. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience bringing in my device here. My entire IPhone 13 screen was completely shattered along with some internal damages. I was told it would be ready by the end of the week to be picked up which is very fast, yet it was fixed even earlier and I was able to pick it up just 2 days later. The staff is incredibly helpful and I could not recommend them more!

I went in to get a new battery for my aged iPhone SE. Sam advised not worth it. Device passed its sell by date and security etc no longer supported by Apple, time to move on. But no pressure to buy a new unit just practical advice on the options . Finished up getting a Refurbished XR with which I am delighted . Thank you Sam for your advice and service.

First time I've visited MK2 as well as posting a review - to be honest given their location in Buckingham I have overlooked them and gone to service my tech through Apple. Not any more - laptop screen and light replacement - no problem - absolutely fantastic swift service at a reasonable price. they could not have been any more helpful - top drawer - Will definitely use them in future as my first port of call.
