*** Holiday Jet ***Absolute shambolic travel companyAbsolute shambolic travel company, the worst I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.I made a booking to stay from 11/06/2022 to 18/06/2022 in Torremolinos, Spain. However, I found my booking to be totally unsatisfactory.Not only did this company charge me additional £15 pp stating Ryanair Covid Cleaning Tax, I know, I know I was stupid to fall for it, they then had the audacity to send me an email a week later saying due to a firm going into administration they had to change our hotel, so to save the holiday from being cancelled a fee of £170 was required to change hotel. After investigation from myself, I found this to be a lie and they were attempting to con me. Also once I arrived they booked me in for 6 nights and not 7 but did say they would request early check in, this did not happen and I was forced to pay another 78 euros upon arrival for the extra night ( we arrived at 2.30am) I sent Holiday Jet a not so pleasant mail but didn't get a reply or even acknowledgment of my email for 4 weeks later requesting that Holiday Jet reimburse me the 78 Euros that I had to pay on top when I arrived.....I did have a receipt from hotel as confirmation to prove this. I have since received a reply from them stating they could do nothing about it and have left it at that.I pay for a 7 night holiday. They book a 6. They promised me an early check in, they didn't, I end up paying another 78 euros otherwise my daughter and I end up sleeping on a park bench for the night.Awful awful company.....Avoid at all costs.

I would have given no stars iwouldnt touch them with a barge pole after my encounter with them while trying to book a flight they scammed me out of 100pound

Swindling experience. My parents bought a holiday from these people clearly stating what their requirements were (including being vegetarian and wheelchair access). This company took my parents money and made my parents suffer terribly- representative at the company Jessica JonesThey arrived in Antalya at 2.35pm and went to transfer booth and were were told to wait, after my parents being patient and waiting a long wait they naturally asked what was happening and the person told them the transfer booking was for 10.22pm so we asked him to call his office he called we also talked to the office and were told the travel agent booked it wrong we don't have any other information we can not help so transfer representative offer us a private taxi costing me $60 so had no choice, so he organise private taxi costing $60.Travel agent put them up in a terrible hotel Melissa residence hotel kemer in Turkey where they do not provide water, vegetarian food and it was in a disgusting state.• Arriving at Hotel we were greeted with most unique person who did our check in my first inspiration this cant be a 4 star hotel – such rude staff and unwelcoming.• We asked how does wifi works I was told you have to pay $10 for wifi so had to pay this will only work in reception areas and in your room – despite stating they have free wifi• Rooms are very basic no supply of drinking water also nothing what 4 star hotel offer• Spa facilities – not working for the last year - Sauna, hammam is not available this year• Restaurants not available - only one small restaurant and REFUSE to cater for vegetarians – we asked reception and were told we can not accommodate your request. – Parents are staving for food, even the salads have fish or meat in them• When it rains there were cushions outside rain but cushions for sun loungers not taken in so next day couldn't use them as all soaking we• Food is the worst iv ever seen most of it inedible• The staff are rude, they don’t care about anything and are unprofessional- the tour guide UMUT - The rudest person, only interested if you’re buying an overpriced tour from him, his attitude is disgusting and unprofessional, talks about you rudely in his language to hotel staff. He can’t manage real issues when you go to him for help, as he’s too busy trying to swindle money out of people on rip off tours , he gets overwhelmed by the number of unhappy customers with complaints and lashes out on you if you ask him for help !!!• This hotel needs to be seriously reviewed as they are not fit enough to be classed as 4 star• The rooms are dirty and smells of sewage, or if you have a problem — they do not care !!• The hotel will not provide water in the rooms therefore for elderly people who need to take drinks to the rooms (which they would police them on) was not ok!• Rooms have fungus• Rooms are not sealed therefore lots of bug and doesn’t feel safe• Showers are disgusting as per pictured.I called the travel agent this morning and was told a manager will call me back in 30-40 minutes - no call back. Customer service man Zia" told me after telling him everything in 20 minutes that this was no enough - despite having recorded lines he was not going to type up my complaint but that i needed to email him with everything and they will see what they can do leaving my parents starving in a disgusting hotel."
