The best dentist I have ever experienced! Was a little bit apprehensive about visiting the dentist before meeting dentist Imran. But was made to feel completely at ease and all work carried out has been painless and to a great standard. Brilliant professional service.

I have just had my regular check up at this dentist today. I have been with them for the past 5 years and can honestly say I am more than happy with the work they undertake if it’s required. They are a friendly team and to think years ago I use to be petrified of going to visit the dentist. Can happily recommend.

I booked an emergency appointment Wednesday paid for consultation and xray. I never got the xray. Paid £40 to get a prescription stamped. Been to emergency dentist because antibiotics did nothing to ease the swelling and I'm now sat in a&e after the emergency dentist sent me there. Before paying an extortionate fee for emergency dentist persevere with the emergency dental clinic phone queue. You'll get to the front eventually.

Since joining ODR in 2017 Paulene and Peter Colley have had excellent care and attention from Imran and his nurse. We would also like to say the same for the hygienist and her nurse. The receptionists also deserve a positive mention as they are all very pleasant helpful.

Decent treatment but what a disgusting unhygienic waiting room / reception. No blinds / curtains tape covering fabric searing. Threadbare carpet and disgusting dirty reception desk. Please sort this mess out.

Been with them a few years now, me, husband, daughter. We like the reception staff and the dentist, Mr Ahmed, the owner. Nurses polite and pleasant. Not many local dentists still do NHS now but Oxford Road does. Three big fillings. straight down to business. Don't expect hand holding during treatment if you're nervous. Mr Ahmed is task focused though pleasant. They are nice people here. NB if you are a wheelchair user this practice may or may not be manageable for you. Roadside parking can be tight. I use a wheelchair. They have a ramp if this is manageable for you. Husband can deal with this ramp but not everyone could.

Absolutely abysmal service, dentist was the rudest person I’ve ever met and the receptionist was just as bad. Made insulting comments to my partner and then when I phoned up to complain wouldn’t put me in touch with the practise manager and made me out to be rude for wanting to speak directly to whoever was in charge. Should not be able to speak to people the way they do and deserve no custom whatsoever. Scruffy practise as well, looks and feels seedy inside and out. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs

I am a nervous patient but had to have emergency extraction of a fractured tooth today. Treatment was quick, calm and pain free. Probably the best experience I’ve had. I think I’ve found a dental practice I can visit without having a panic attack.

I've gone to lots of dentists in St Annes and this is the only one I've returned to. I have been coming here for a few years now and am really happy with this practice. The dentist I see, Heather, is excellent with the perfect manner to ensure I keep coming back. All of the ladies on reception are friendly and efficient. Nothing bad to say about this dentists.
