Keyhome have always communicated with us in a clear and helpful manner and they have responded to our concerns immediately. The staff have been very friendly and have supported us well with our move and our time in the property. I have been with Keyhome for the past three years and the service my friends and I have received over the years has been excellent. The staff are always very helpful and we have never had any problems. Would like to thank the staff for helping us move house for this year making it easy and relaxing. Highly recommend any student in Northampton to get in touch with them if you are looking for great student accommodation.

I had a great experience and relationship with key home and my landlord. Every issue I had was resolved within a timely manner. Key home was very understand and flexible with myself up until my last day where I couldn’t leave my property at the required time as I worked from home til 10pm. They inconvenienced themselves and allowed me to vacate the property at 11pm rather than 5pm.To any student moving into a key home property, don’t be scared to report any issues you have. If your landlord is around, even let them know and they will get it sorted.

When I stayed in one of key home property everything was gd and they were dealing with everything but the minute you leave they’re property they ignore message and mess up your deposit after showing proof u didn’t do that they still ignore ur message this is just my experience but be careful renting from there same thing happened with my friend

I have been with key homes for a year and recently moved out to be with my boyfriend. This company have been very helpful and has made my second year at university of Northampton less stressful. They have excellent communication when you need to ask something or request something and overall very welcoming. Kate was my landlord and was amazing, helping me with any issues or queries that I had. Would recommend this agency to any student looking for a student house to enjoy while studying at the university.

I honestly can't fault Key Home Northampton, they took really good care of myself and my housemates while we had a property with them. They were very kind and helpful throughout the entire tenancy, the maintenance was always carried out as promised and they were able to make adjustments for us where we needed them. Kate, in particular, was incredibly helpful all the way through my tenancy and I cannot thank her enough. She went the extra mile by offering advice even after our tenancy had ended. Thank you for making my first rental home experience a positive one!

We were secured with a lovely property and spacious rooms. Everything was clean and organised upon arrival. Landlords were amazing on helping fix any issues that rose. Key home staff were always happy to help and easy to communicate with. Would have stayed an extra year with them if it weren’t for unforeseen circumstances:)))
