We ordered a sheep for qurbani 2023. I had high expectations for the meat. The good meat was at the top of the bag so it looks like there the meat will be good. But when we lay the meat out on the floor, we find that there is majority bone, the meat is smelly and there are lots of parts missing like the leg and the neck. We are very disappointed and we wouldn’t recommend this qurbani service to anyone.

A wide variety of Bangladeshi fish and fresh produce at reasonable prices, good service. Overall a good place to stock up.Free parking.

Car park was jam packed today! I’d recommend coming here early to avoid long queues. Shop while the opening sale lasts… Otherwise you’re better off buying from elsewhere. Extremely busy, staff are a bit slow and loud for no reason ( but this is normal I guess if your just starting out?). To improve services, I suggest making the entrance bigger and offering a more friendly welcome. At times it seemed a bit hostile and unwelcoming, customers should feel safe and comfortable when shopping (I did not feel like this ) . 3 stars for now might decrease depending on my mood ;(

As a regular customer had really bad experience today. We know there’s offers going on so it’s busy; but the workers should have patience aswell as some customers. We waited in the queue for 40 minutes to order the Beef. One of the butcher had issues with some customer, and he had no manners at all. Was throwing the Beef bag like we was waiting there to receive donation!! When I wanted to order 10kg he was shouting only one bag each (5kg) and just move!! We just ended up left the shop without buying anything. Please watch out how you guys speak as not everyone from slum to take it normal.

They are scammer , they put one price on the shelves and different price on the tills. They scammed me more than £8 all together and found out from the receipt when I came home . Staff behaviour is not good, they won't cut the fish size I want , people will only go there until the offer lasts.

Newly opened but looks and feels old as Roman times. Layout, cleanliness, products, staff, everything’s from a place time forgot. Been a couple of times with friends but always left empty handed. This time I waited to be served for more than 20 minutes at the meat counter. Staff moaning about being overworked and wanting to be on a different task. There was no queue system and everyone just passing the task onto the next person. They need to concentrate on customers first then do other tasks. I did complain to the person at the counter but he didn’t care. There were about 3 staff wondering around with clipboards looking busy even though an old lady was asking them for help. Price wise it’s standard as most other places. Products were similar to most local shops. The only positive is that they have a massive parking space but then again look at what happened to Rahims and Banglatown, both left behind and everyone going local or driving to Beckton. My suggestion would be Meat Bazaar for quality and customer service but they only do meat and they do it properly.

Big fat lies about sales there is no sales on small fishes even more expensive than other grocery shops and you can’t order lamb from butchers area the way staffs talk to people like we are getting free food or something!Proper disgusting attitude!

I purchased 15 KG beef on 13/10/23 at about 0220 pm, the meat were wrapped in red polyethene bags, so could not check before buy, where I got hardly 5 KG meat, rest of them were uneatable bones and thick fat, In my whole 50 years of life I have never purchased such bad meat, I will regret for rest of my life whenever I will remember about Brit Bazar.

Brit bazar has a big parking area thought would be good every side ,,but when i enter the shops i found some of vegs are not fresh , keeping on shelves for long time , shop's assistants are not customer friendly, I hope this will be note to shop owners, butchers section are not friendly enough to talk,, I requested skin off drums stick , I agreed extra cost but when I collect the items one of gentleman said they don't do skin off drum stick , , this shopping is OK for small buyer not for big shopping as assistant to customer is poor,,eg , women could be struggle to carry big items as there is no assistant available,,
