Great place to shop , lots of stock , well laid out and a tidy place. Visited the Game section which also was well laid out with plenty of stock.Above all staff were very friendly and helpful we will definitely visit again soon.

Good store with some incredible bargains, let down by the low amount of staff on the shop floor. It was difficult to find someone and once I found someone, it took them ages to serve me as they were serving other customers at the same time. Hopefully they will get more staff soon!

Only 1 star ... paid for next day delivery .. 10 pounds extra + my order over 200... and this idiots from sports direct chose evri as a delivery company... usles will not order again ... its hermes thay just changed name... looks like nothing changed just name... sports direct.. pls stop sending parcels throw evri... still waiting on my parcel ..

I like that shop, but sometimes are so overcrowded and they try to sell so many items. The shop assistants try they best, but if the company gives big discounts the whole place turn into chaos. I can not complain, quality brands and great prices...

Prices are very good and reasonable.Unfortunately staff are unfriendly, miserable (zombie like) and not willing to help . Appalling customer service . A smile and manners don't cost anything.I don't leave a bad review on just a first visit but, I have been in several times and had the same experience.Good customer service brings happy and loyal customers , perhaps the staff should be trained better in customer service!!.
