If this is the standard of a car wash worth £25. I would gladly do it myself. The interior was not done at all. Requested service not performed. And for sure, will never go there again, this was my first and the last. Waste of money.

I wouldn’t recommend them if they were the last hand car wash in the area. They damaged my car and Denied doing it. Then to make things worse the staff are VERY rude and obnoxious! Complaint sent to their head office. They were very dismissive and wouldn’t talk to me when I asked them about it which calls guilt and not wanting to admit it. Wish I’d gone to my usual car wash after all!

Really great car wash. Definitely value for money. Personally went for the gold clean pulled up and they took it from there. You can shop while you wait too. Really friendly staff all wearing masks and following guidance. Highly recommend.

£25 for a car wash and hoover, didn’t clean inside doors or frames and still had crumbs on the back seat. When we told them they said it will be £150 if we want it done properly. We didn’t want a full valet, just no crumbs and the interior plastic wiped as is standard for any car wash. Go around the corner and pay £13 for a better clean and much better service.

I work a lot and hardly have time to get my car washed lately. I went to this car wash for the first time as I was free and desperate...they didn't do a good job,I got quoted £20 which is £5 more than my usual place.. the guy I paid to said he would have charged me £40/50 if he'd seen how dirty my car was,he was pretty rude.. .and they didn't do a good job either..steering wheel still had stains..rearview mirror had product smudges.They didn't hoover properly inside... NOT COMING BACK..

Visited for a full wash and valet before going on holiday; usually I clean my car myself but due to lack of time I decided to have it valeted for the first time.On arrival I was told it would cost £28 to clean the inside and outside. Surely this includes seats? My car was not overly dirty inside, needed a thorough hoover and wipe over and a few items of litter removing, it had a small chocolate milkshake stain on the back seat which was quite superficial and not deep. I showed the owner and his assistant and they said it would be £38, so an extra £10 if I wanted the seats cleaning, which I agreed to reluctantly although felt it was quite expensive as the interior was not too bad.I went off to do some shopping and returned to find my car cleaned well on the outside, carpets and dash etc cleaned nicely, and even a free air freshener, which I was happy with. However the seats had been hoovered but not cleaned. Before paying I spoke to the owner and pointed this out, and was told that to clean the stain would be an extra £8, for the stain area only. I declined as we had already agreed that this would be cleaned! I cleaned the stain myself at home quite easily with washing up liquid and warm water.I don't feel satisfied that the service I received was worth £38; I feel that I was misled into believing the seats would be cleaned and the stain removed for the extra £10 I already agreed to! I feel that they were taking advantage of the fact that I specifically wanted an area cleaned, as I explained initially!Would not recommend and will not be returning. If this company want new customers to return they need to provide the service they promise.

I was given a price of £28 for a standard clean inside and out then they said there's dog hair ( no dog has been in it) and muddy ( on the foot panel) so put on an extra £20 on due to my car apparently being very dirty, my car had general dirt on foot mats and has leather seats my car is generally very clean even on the outside never will I go here again because this is the second time they have done this to me, the first time they cleaned it then demanded more money and tried ripping me off so be aware

Not recommend this car wash to anyone, older guy what sprays watter made 3 dents to my car and left marks on my car roof. 0% care and respect to cars they wash!!!!!Sadly it this the right place and I did attached photo. Guy who cleans car with water gun is just unbelievable, how is it possible he has hit my car this hard so many times to do damage. Looks like he done it on purpose.

Today for the first time I try this car wash and really don’t disappoint. Nice service nice people who work hard. Thank you

I paid £80 for the full valet for an SUV. They did a terrible job, I recommend you do not go here. For an £80 full valet I expect every spot of the interior to be spotless, however there was visible dirt and grime still all over the nooks and crannies. Only the big main surfaces were wiped clean. If I'm paying £80 I'm expecting a good enough job where I don't see any visible dirt or grime. Go somewhere else with your money. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because they didn't screw anything up majorly.
