I contacted Shane for a last minute boiler service, and he got back to me promptly, and managed to fit me in for a service the same day. Fantastic work and great communication throughout, I highly reccomend him. Will be getting him back next time I need some plumbing work done.

Our second time using Shane, first time was last year over the extremely cold winter and our boiler froze and this time was for our shower that stoped working. I would highly recommend Shane, he got us up and running very quickly both times. Thanks again Shane!!

Shane is a fantastic plumber and gas engineer, so friendly and super detailed. First he moved the gas boiler from upstairs to a cupboard under the stairs. Making good use of space, he then moved the washing machine from the kitchen to below the boiler therefore allowing us to have a dishwasher in the small kitchen. He does not cut corners and uses copper pipe not plastic piping.Next was replacing all the radiators, new fixtures in the cloakroom, and all the hardware upstairs. Shane did all the plumbing and gas for the new kitchen and even suggested updating the outside tap while he had access. We put in a garbage disposal with the huge sink and Shane went the extra mile to order and fit a longer hose so the overflow worked in the sink. Beyond thrilled with the results. I would recommend Shane anytime you need a gas engineer or plumbing services. I cannot wait to work with him on the design and installation of the bathroom upstairs! Thank you! Allison and Sean

Fantastic job done by Shane Robson Plumbing. The guys went above and beyond to remove a completely blocked section of pipe and install new pipework under the kitchen floor. Would definitelyrecommend them! They are professional, pleasant, courteous and above all they have a great sense of humour too and trust me… they definitely needed it whilst they fixed the problem we inherited.

Took over £3000 for a boiler and has not completed the work. Is actively avoiding me and has now had my money for over 3 months. Don't touch this company with a barge pole. Also just checked he doesn't seem to be registered as gas safe any longer.

Can’t recommend Shane highly enough. He stepped up when others had let me down and sourced and fixed a leaking pipe under floor in very confined space and difficult conditions. Friendly, tidy service and offered advice. Will absolutely be using Shane again.

Excellent job done by Shane and Alex. Efficient boiler service and got our radiators going ahead of the cold season to come. Also supplied and fitted a toilet seat. Satisfied customers!
