Very welcoming and friendly staff. Vet (Emily i think)was amazing with my nervous dog allowing her to settle and gain trust before her vaccinations.Plenty of advice given and it's reassuring to know my dog would be in good hands should need arise.

I can not fault the vets and staff at this practice. They kept me informed of all expenses and treatments needed. Emily (the vet) even made a post treatment call some days later, to check on our dog Milly's progress.Thank you so much. I will recommend you to friends and family.

We brought our bunny in a few days ago and had to make a quality of life decision. A very difficult choice but we were reassured it was the best option for our old boy. The vet who handled Ron's care was nothing but understanding and treated Ron with care and respect the whole time and even kindly gave us a paw print keep sake which I will be forever grateful for. Thank you for looking after our bun in his final moments.

Been with the practice for over 8 years with a number of dogs and have never had a problem. Any procedures that need undertaking have been explained before hand including any costs and if needbe insurance claims have been sorted on my behalf.Being in the care plan I get regular reminders for my pets flea and worm treatments along with helpful advice.

Saw my 19.6 year old female cat st short notice for an emergency appointment a short while ago. Riachu had ingrown toenails which was treated reassuringly and she is now thriving. X

Was my first visit with my kitten. Receptionist was lovely, explained everything in detail. Vet was kind and caring and also explained the next visit requirements and treatments. She seemed interested in my kitten and asked questions. Also when my husband rang later with a question on my behalf they were really helpful

Fantastic service, all the staff have always been friendly and helpful, especially in sadder circumstances when my partner and I had to say goodbye to our rabbit Teddy. Emily was our vet, she was very knowledgeable and understanding. Will always recommend this practice to friends and family.

Companion Care - Fareham Collingwood
Always had good experiences with our cat at this vets. The receptionists are chatty, the nurses are very caring and give lots of attention to Squid when they see her as well, particularly Sian who is Squid’s favourite.The vets are great and combined with the nurses, provide a high level of care to the pets.
