Well organised and brilliant fun. I’ve been going consistently for 6+ years, working my through the belts (grades) to nearly obtain my black belt. Both Robs are great teachers who safely show us different techniques to teach self defence.Great fun for all ages and competency levels.

Cempa Karate
My 9 year-old and myself (44 year old) have been practising Karate in this club for more than a year almost every Monday evening. The teachers are awesome! It's the best way to have a good workout and learn self defense in a very friendly atmosphere. Love it!
