In short Don't Live Here, it's a complete waste of money!Don't expect to find everything you've read on the advertisings !All day noise from Tyre master down there Monday to Saturday!Very big windows without proper curtains facing the sun on Summer all day making the rooms hot as hell.If your room in floor 1 be ready for very bad smell, floor 2 is a bit better.The only good thing about this house is the roommates I had in floor 2, super nice people but we all moved/will move out this summer.The big red flag is how the business is being run, it's a family business whenever you have an issue or need maintenance the manager would say and I'm quoting I'll ask and my dad" when you go to the dad in the shop down group floor (who always angry for some reason) he would say I'll ask my son. In short they would send you to each other.The old house need refurbishment however No maintenance team or contractor

Great student accommodation, the guys there are great, nothing is an issue and always available to help.
