Diamond Nails Saltash

I had my nails dipped by a young man and by the second day a crack appeared I returned to the nail saloon where one of the staff accused me of damaging it myself ,they proceeded to repair the nail grudgingly and proceeded to tell me if I wasn’t happy I could go elsewhere.After 5 days two more nails cracked and I duly returned where the staff were extremely rude and again very grudgingly repaired the nails.All the remaining nails have now cracked but I will not be returning to the salon .The rudeness and very uncaring attitude towards me was appalling and I was very upset when I was never rude to them it is not in my nature to be rude to anyone .I did return to ask for an apology but again was told ‘we fixed them didn’t we and you should read our sales policy in the window ‘ I then left the shop.

Lolz… is this a joke. Had to ask them to use sanitized tools.Dust and clipped nails all over the station. Paint around my nail beds. Just sloppy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing experience here , got my nails done for prom and couldn’t ask for better service. Very affordable and the staff were lovely. Would highly recommend

My daughter and I both had pedicure and shellac for her Birthday treat. The girls there did a fantastic job and we both loved the experience. The salon is so lovely and all very friendly. would highly recommend them.
