I had cause to contact 'Benro' regarding a potential problem with my A38FD Monopod. I would just like to comment upon the excellent customer service I received. Communication was very swift and my question was answered. This should of course be the norm, but sadly in my experience it is not. Often companies fail to answer specific questions, and respond by issuing 'off the shelf' instructions or manuals.Well Done Benro! and many thanks!
