Super friendly staff and the milkshakes are TO DIE FOR. The top deck in the summer is gorgeous by the river too.

We had some nice plant-based food and Oreo milkshake at The Ark.The location is really pleasant, next to the UoN, the park and cycle/walking trail. The ship's captain is super-nice too :) Highly recommended.

Group of parkrunners got served before me by the counter. I get told to scan a QR Code on the tables to order. OK then. Along with my friends we purchase 3 hot drinks and a glass of Pepsi/Coke. You go through options of Soya or Oat milk, decaf or non-decaf but you still have to make verbal communication with the staff if you'd like your drink extra hot or with 'sprinkles' which defeats the purpose of buying via a smart phone. 22 minutes later we get served. I should of bought my own kettle with me. Will I ever visit again? Unfortunately I've used all my holidays up at my workplace so no, not really. The Ark.... The experience gave me a sinking feeling.

Often pop in here after a walk or cycle ride. Quirky venue.Staff have always been very friendly and helpful.Great location- 5 mins from town centre yet on a river and near a marina , park and Delapre Abbey to explore!Watching the kids at the skate park also a bonus.Will definitely be returning in autumn to admire the Arks new coat of paint.

Beautiful vegan cakes, which change regularly, so you don't get bored of the same thing. Great tea and coffee. Very friendly and welcoming.

My family and I were interested to visit the Ark a cafe we see all the time whilst skateboarding. My son who is autistic is fascinated with boats and ships, so we decided to go and have a look.The moment we walked in we were met by a woman who clearly didn’t want us there. After I said we would like to have a look she looked at me like I was insane. No asking us if we would like to look at the menu, no customer care, no manners, no interest at all. My boy started to look around and she said. “ no you can’t go there and no you can’t use the toilets they are for customers only!” Wow! Was my thought we could have been customers and would have loved to have had a coffee.Shall never return.No customer service skillsNo human interaction skillsUnfriendlyUnkindUnfortunately the Titanic sank and so did my expectations of the Ark.
