I started working with Lucy during my pregnancy as I needed some guidance with finding exercise to help with PGP. Lucy is so helpful and knowledgable. She created a fortnightly programme for me as well as weekly one to one sessions. Such a good investment- not only has my PGP improved immeasurably but I have managed to build strength through the pregnancy. Having tried osteopathy, chiropractor and physio for PGP in my last pregnancy, working with Lucy has been by far the most impactful and beneficial. Can’t thank you enough, Lucy!

Lucy is fantastic. I was keen to get back into fitness after giving birth, but wanted to be sure I would get the right support to ensure I could do it safely and at my pace. Lucy was so knowledgeable and supportive, and her programmes and regular 1:1 sessions helped me to get stronger and feel like my old self again.
