Absolutely horrific customer service, who ever was at the desk needs to change job as the poor man is clearly miserable. Collected items out an old car, including a heavy car Jack and two large bags, although I didn’t need assistance they could’ve at least advised somewhere for me to park closer to lift in, huge indication as to what kind of ‘men’ these are.

Very very bad customer service still have a car for a month there tried calling them almost everyday left even voicemail of my details and still want me to pay for all that time n I have really n truly put efforts in trying to get the car out. Please any management get back to me as I need to sort this out now ASAP.

I’ve given this business one star, if I was able to give minus stars, then I certainly would. Let me explain. I was recently the victim of a crime when my vehicle was stolen. The police asked if they would be able to carry out forensic checks on it and I agreed. HRS recovery collected my vehicle and stored it during this time. The guy that collected the vehicle was very kind and courteous and treated my bike with care when loading. However, when I went to collect the vehicle after numerous conversations with head office to say that I didn’t have to pay the release fee because I was a victim of a crime, I got there and was greeted by this surly faced miserable man insisted that I had to pay the release fee. It was only when I offered to ring his head office he said okay, I’ll let it go this time. Throughout my entire interactions with this man, he was miserable, surly, and his customer service was absolutely abominable. If I could ever say to anybody that considers using their service, never ever ever use this company under any circumstances, they do not deserve your business.

Worst experience of my life, if there was no star it would have been because of JOHN. John happened to serve my caucasian friend without a mask, it's on camera so go check. Im exempt from wearing mask if the old man had asked I would have produced the government document, he funnily wasnt wearing one.However I was not privileged to the same treatment. His colleagues greeted customers without masks also. He is a bigot who belongs around the back.

Had two bikes stolen keys were handed to them and repot is a lying they claim they were not handed any keys but Surrey police say they were

My car was recovered there by the police for 3 days and the cost for that as well as them taking it to a garage less than 2 miles away was £485. You can't call the Crawley compound directly to arrange this and you cannot turn up and pay the costs without an appointment. Once you've paid, you have to wait for them to take the car whenever they're ready to....
