I'm actually in a dispute with yourselves at the moment . You have taken extra money from me for fuelto start it was 303 miles when I dropped it off it was 319 but you sent me the pictures of when you dropped it off and said I didnt fill the car. That's fraudulent and I wont stop untill I get my money back. Its absolutely disgusting what you have done.

Eurocar provided me with a courtesy car while my renault electric car was in the shop being fixed. The first car they give me was massive like a tank compared to my little zoe, I used it 3 times and had to stop because it was too low for me to drive because I am disabled with a bad back, they came with another car which was a bit better but on the day I had the other car Europcar tried to take £33 out of my bank account without telling me, good job I didn't have enough money in my bank. I am not a happy customer

Fraudulent site.... hired a vehicle Saturday to Sunday was asked to return the car on Monday due to damage caused by attempted break ins to the drop box. Returned vehicle as requested and received returns slip, 10 days later they debited bank for late return that their operator requested.Be warned very deceptive site that will be reported to FSA and bank for fraud.Customer services were terrible so had to go back over where the site agent helped sort out their issue so updated review slightly.Still not heard form the so called Customer service team though.Was corrected after numerous phone, emails and a return visit to site.

great cars usually have them dropped off to home and picked back up did have one car have some technical issues but they swapped it for another carI liked the Passat so much I'm tempted to purchase one

Would definitely not recommend this company, they have no customer service experience whatsoever.They are rude & really unhelpful.Have been trying to ring the last 2 days which your on hold for 30mins @ a time to be cut off, when do get through their attitude & lack of customer service is appalling, went over the branch yesterday after not getting anywhere ringing, they where appalling.considering they say every need of the customer is their priority.I have tired constantly the shop again today 2 be cut off twice, I have rang customer service the lady who answers was amazing, she also tried ringing the branch but no joy her end either, she said she has sent them an email they should contact us, but I’m not holing my breath.

Rude on the phone and send me a car that stinks of weed and filthy inside and out. More damages to the car than listed and fault lights on indicating tire pressure is low. Inspected this and 2 drivers side tires were almost flat!! AVOID EUROCAR TREDEGAR !!Corrupt service and will make you liable for the damages !! Car as dropped off at dealership so you have no choice to takeaway and return it !!

Hired a good economical car and the staff were friendly.

The service and delivery was excellent. Good customer service. As a long time member of Europcar, this branch is uniquely excellent. I would recommend this branch any day!

Had certousy car from here wouldn't start this morning RAC came out couldn't fix it rang them back at 12o'clock waited 25 minutes then got cut of now I'm without a car all Bank Holiday weekend
