Chips away Crawley returned my car brand new. I needed several imperfections dealt with, including a nasty scratch, and the finish was beyond what I hoped. The organisation from arranging the work to completion was straightforward and professional. I will look no further when I need help with my cars in the future.

Once again Steve and his team have done a fantastic job on my Car and it's now back to looking brand new again. I had the misfortune of being hit in the Rear due to traffic coming to a sudden stop on the M25 but the driver of the car behind misjudged his braking and hit me. I was left with damage to the paintwork on the top part of the bumper as well as a lower panel beneath the number plate. Steve's guys also found that the bumper had been split by one of the lights (which I didn't know about) but they had repaired it before I picked the car up, but had taken a photograph of it to show me. A couple of days before the car was due to go in for repair I misjudged reversing off a drive and caught the front wing on a wall. So I popped in to see Steve and ask if they could repair the wing at the same time as the rear bumper work. His quote was very competitive but Steve did say the work may go into the 3rd day.I was very pleased to receive a call on the 2nd day to say that all the work had been done. When I picked up the car I was very pleased to see that the car was sparkling like new and I couldn't find fault with any of the repair work. This didn't surprise me at all as they had done work on previous vehicles of mine so I knew everything would be 100%. These guys are true masters of their profession and I would recommend them very highly to anyone, in fact if there was a 6th star this would be my rating.

AVOID: Asked ChipsAway for a quote to repair the damage on my car. Provided them with the car reg, photo of the damage as per below and stated the colour of the paint as orange. Received a call from them stating I had not provided sufficient photos (fine) but the call handler insisted I had mistaken the colour of my own car. They state it looks black and insisted I had mistaken my car colour. Followed this up with them, frankly pretty silly to assume I would get my own car colour incorrect. They sent a long winded reply reiterating my car is black and I was wrong. Their estimate was £294 which is over 3x the amount I paid to get the work done by a local independent garage (paid £95). I didn't use this company and would not recommend to others.UPDATE: got a very confrontational call from this company. I asked them to stop contacting me and ended the call immediately. Not professional at all.

Had a great experience with chips away and cruelly. They fixed the bumper on my car and I was really impressed with the quality. And they can provide a courtesy car too. While my other car being fixed.

I have had two occasions where I needed some paintwork repaired, due to the standards of people parking in carparks then not admitting to the fact they had hit my car.These guys are really good and quick & I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a paint repair.

Chips away in Crawley have just done a fantastic job, repairing the scratches and dent on my front wing, along with the damage on the door. ChipsAway Crawley recently re-sprayed my rear bumper and I was very happy with their service and quality of work. Furthermore, the price for work and vehicle collection was very reasonable. I would fully recommend their services.
