Called to enquire in the morning and I was told that I would get a call back. 4.30pm and no call so I called again and was told again that I would get a call back at 6pm.The following day I still had not received a call so I called for the third time. I was told again that I would get a call back. It’s now been another two days, still no call back.Glad I did not purchase from them, as now I have read the comments and reviews I realise this is the way they do business.

Ordered Grado wireless headphones from their website- £50 quid cheaper than listed elsewhere and I was a bit nervous as I hadn't heard of the company before. Arrived promptly in 2 days and I'm thrilled with the headphones. 5 stars!

Don't buy from JoeAudio!!! I ordered 11m of Leyline 2 LSOH and they send LeylineX which is a lot lower quality than what I requested.After I waited 4 days for the delivery now I need to wait again for the refund/product exchange another x days.Not serious guys.I am so disappointed.

I had only read the reviews of Joe Audio after placing an order (Ortofon 2M Blue stylus), and I became a little nervous because some of the recent reviews have been really poor.I received the order in 2 business days, which means that they had it shipped the very next day after my order. So no complaints on my end, and I would definitely buy from Joe Audio again!

Dreadful company. Order placed, silly trying-to-be-trendy email sent to confirm order, then nothing. Repeated emails not responded to, repeated telephone calls not answered. Had to involve payment company to get a refund. To top it all, no matter how often I unsubscribes from any future emails because I never want to do business with them, they just keep sending them. Save yourself any grief and just buy somewhere else - even if it costs a few quid more.

I’ve ordered from Joe Audio a few times, they are always happy to help and go the extra mile. If you join there VIP lounge you get some great offers and savings, I’ve ordered a few items for my turntable I’m about to make another purchase soon for the Bronze Ortofon Cartridge & Stylus so I will be writing a review on that soon so please look out for that one.

Fantastic service! I ordered a set of Klipsch R6ii earphones online through the website and paid through PayPal. I left a note to state that it would be great if the product could be delivered before the weekend. The order was then sent first class and the product received within 24 hours all perfect, really exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend using Joe Audio for any audio equipment!!

I ordered a pair Grado PS500es from Joe Audio after checking for the best price. Literally after I'd ordered I saw all these negative reviews and was really scared I was going to be messed around..I needn't have worried.They arrived within 24 hrs via fully tracked DPD CourierMy headphones arrived albeit in a bit of a tatty box. But they were in perfect condition , sound superb and I also got the best price on the net.Overall relieved and happy.

There is a lot more better places where you can buy your audio equipment. Seriously. Took my payment but never received my item. Then they didn't respond to emails. Eventually someone email me back once blaming email servers or website design or something like that. After my response noone ever email me back. I phone them and give them my transaction details and was assured that someone will phone me back when they figured that out. And guess what? Yes. Never got a call back.It is over a month now. It was only £15 for me. It could be more for you. Avoid them. There are more serious sellers out there.
