Brilliant customer service.I serviced my car in 2020 with the old owners of the garage and unfortunately they forget to put the information on the Jaguar system. Contacted the garage this morning and it was sorted really quickly.Obviously being new owner didn't have to go out of their way to too find the info but they did and that says alot about them. So thank you

As a visitor to the UK, I was a random drive-in looking for my air-conditioning unit to be re-gassed. Despite them being booked for quite a few days, Heather went out of her way to see if they could help and happily they were able to accommodate me. Heather suggested some lovely places around Rhiwbina to see and have lunch while I waited, and was also able to share some local history which I really appreciated as I was in the area doing some family research. Thanks so much Heather and Chris for your great service.

It’s one of the most eye-catching booking offices you will ever come across due to the abundance of flowers around the building. Keep up the good work

Look after your car and you !My last garage was recommended by a friend and I stayed there too long. I didn’t get the customer service I do now at Garden Village. I saw this garage from the reviews they had - and it was worth trusting all their lovely reviews. Heather always returns your calls and Chris spends the time to discuss your car in detail. I would definitely have confidence to use this place - I’m happy I have a new go to. They also fitted me in and were happy to bring my appointment forward when they had a cancellation.Brilliant service - brilliant garage.
