I regularly get my lashes done here, and I would never go anywhere else. The quality of the treatments are amazing and I will continue to use their services for as long as I can!

I have been going to Silky Smooth for a couple of years now and it’s absolutely amazing for eyelash extensions (and they offer lots of other services/treatments too). Love this Salon. i had some difficulty finding somewhere to do eyebrows and eyelashes after moving to ealing and had some horrible experiences (we all know how important eyebrows are) but the ladies here have done an amazing job fixing my eyebrows. i have seen 3 different therapists here and they all have been great (and all gave the same advice on how to fix/shape my eyebrows) which just shows they know what they are doing. Their online booking service is so helpful too as i can be quite busy with work. I have recommended to a few people and they love it. A godsend for your brows!

I have been using this salon for almost 10 years. I've had a range of treatments from HD brows to peels and massages and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are friendly and always happy to advise on your skincare routine without trying to sell their latest products. Their customer service and treatments are second to none.

I love this salon. Regularly come for eyelash extensions and not only are they done brilliantly (and quickly) but also Priya and her staff are always so kind and helpful. They also know their stuff about health and wellbeing... Not just external beauty.Silky smooth is a salon where staff go above and beyond. On my birthday I got a massive free glass of prosecco. Also, when I needed a few extra lashes put in for a party, they fitted me in between clients and then charged me nothing! Amazing. I'm sure this was because I am a regular client of the salon, but still.. We don't often see this sort of excellent customer service.Silky smooth has recently been redecorated and looks gorgeous. I am even tempted to go and get my nails done there, just because it looks so nice in there, and I never normally get a manicure!I thoroughly recommend it.

Very nice clean place with nice atmosphere and positive vibe. People there are very professional, welcoming and friendly. They do many different treatment including facials, so you deffinetely will find there what you need. Love it
