I came to Kia to look at the new Sportage and I received fantastic customer service. Tony went through all of the options that met exactly what I was looking for! I was able to take the Kia Sportage out for a test drive which was easy. It’s a fantastic car with a superb design compared to its competitors. Tony Hardie provided excellent service throughout my experience - from the initial enquiry right through to the delivery of the vehicle to my home. Having had a negative experience at a dealership elsewhere in the country, I was very cautious and asked a lot of questions, which Tony graciously and patiently answered - often sending me videos of the different aspects of the car I eventually bought. I recently purchased a Sportage and received excellent customer service from both Aran and Tony during the sales process. There was a small issue with the car that needed to be sorted out a few days later and this was completed in the service department at no extra cost to myself. The Sales Manager, Dan was very understanding and reassuring and kept me informed throughout the process. Excellent service all round from the whole team.
