I had woodworm loft treatment in march 21. The bill was paid promptly. I still have not received the 30 year guarantee after about 10 phone calls. I'm not sure the work was even completed now as they had access via key safe. Is the roof now unstable due to untreated woodworm?

I had a wasp problem and was worried as I thought there was a nest, I called them Monday 9am and they booked me in the next day.When they turned up the chap was professional, and explain everything he was doing and why the wasps were there and how the treat it. I was very happy with the service, and was left feeling confident the problem was dealt with effectively and efficiently.

I worked for this company years ago. I refused to destroy a honey bee hive. They told me to leave for not following instructions yet that was clearly breaking the law. Not Wildlife aware at all.

Having just moved into a property which had been treated 15 years ago for woodworm by Command Pest Control, we felt that there may still be some activity in a small area on one of the beams. We called Command and they could not have been more helpful. They visited us the same day, and did not feel there was any need for concern but for our peace of mind, returned 2 days later to re-treat the area. We could not have asked for more and will most certainly use them again on a property we are renovating. Would recommend without reservation.
