Mainline

Horrible driver had to book one from the lowry and because it's Eid I couldn't book street cars who I normally use from here as they had no drivers. The taxi came and I told him I suffer with motion sickness and I said could you go slow going round bends he didn't answer me really rude he blatantly ignored me and drove fast round bends I suffer with dizziness and I don't vomit but my god when I got in I was sick I would advise anyone not to use these taxis a really ignorant rude taxi driver not a patch on street cars who r nice drivers I wish I was sick in the taxi he would go slow then if anyone said they had motion sickness

After several issues with this company in the past today was the final straw and I will be contacting Salford council to resolve the issue. There is no communication between driver office and customer so firstly the driver did not pick me up at the correct address, the male who works at the office is incredibly rude. When I finally got in the taxi I explained that I was late for work and would he mind taking the less busy route through Trafford park to get to Manchester as the traffic on regent road is always so bad at that time in the morning I got the response “well I wanted to take my kids to school this but it looks like there walking now” when we reached the round about he went round several times shouting at me well which way are you going then constantly missing the turn that took you to the centre. When I responded that I wanted to go to Manchester and to take the route there he started screaming at me again that all I’ve done is complain since I got in the taxi and that he wasn’t taking me anywhere. He kicked me out of his car on a busy road on an industrial estate and drove of leaving me crying, Im heavily pregnant and I was late for work and I this was just disgusting unprofessional behaviour. I’d also like to note that the car its self was filthy smelled like cigarettes and the driver was not wearing a mask! It’s a duty of care towards the public and he neglected that. He shouldn’t be in a position to work with the pregnant elderly disabled or vunrable customers. Absolute disgrace

Where to start before covid 5 stars, I've been using this firm for 10 years now when you taxi is sent no mention of these drives that want fair straight away incase you do a runner, im why is mainline letting drivers do this its worse then streetcars, I've been in quite a few cabs now where the driver is on a wireless headset they even ask if its ok and then proceeded to chat the entire journey on the phone with there mates, the few drivers I know who did/do work for mainline even diss it now cause of what the other drivers do what's the point in paying a track fee to mainline when they letting the new drivers behave like this!I won't say ill never use this firm but its seriously gone downhill since covid and certainly not away to treat regulars and leaves a bad impresion on new customers and people like myself who've always recommend you. Come on mainline sort it out! Once bitten twice shy.

I wouldn't give even one star but that's the lowest one . The driver was shouting on the phone about his private things ... Was very bad smell in the car ... Which is not acceptable I didn't even finished that ride because of him shouting to somebady on the phone ... The driver didn't even stopped where I ask for he was on the next side of the street ... I am very disappointed...

Rude stuff, always late! Never use again

I have been using 7s for 3 years now and they have never let me down on purpose. The only issues I have had have been with the automated machines but that only happened once and was resolved in a day.The drivers are always lovely, friendly and encouraging!7s are better than uber or street cars hands down!
