Great teacher ,and a really lovely guy too ,he explains everything very well and is a very patient person .

Top man, seeks to understand what you want & helps you progress almost without you realising what you have achieved. You need to put the time in though! Let’s just say I enjoy my lessons & Colin motivates me.

I'm an older guitar learner and recently started tuition with Colin. The guy has the patience of a saint! He explains everything so clearly and fills you with confidence. I recommend him to anyone who wants to learn or improve their guitar skills.

In my opinion Colin has to be the best guitar teacher in the world. His knowledge of everything relating to the guitar, music and teaching is second to none. Slowly building up your confidence, technique and dexterity he will nurture your understanding of music theory, enhance your familiarity of the instrument and release your true potential.Not just a guitar teacher, Colin has a seemingly bottomless well of knowledge of artists, production processes, the history of music and much much more.His teaching style is relaxed, supportive and friendly. He works at the pupils speed and is incredibly passionate about seeing his students progress and succeed.The only regret that I have about having Colin as my tutor.... is that I didn't find him 20 years sooner.
