Fantastic bike mechanics, would highly recommend!The team are lovely people, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you find the best solution.Such a refreshing change from the vast majority of bike shops where staff simply try to upsell you at every opportunity and charge ridiculous prices for even the simplest jobs.The speed of service at Bren is excellent as well! I'm so used to bike shops quoting wait times of weeks or even months for straightforward jobs. At Bren, my bike was sorted that same afternoon!

Very helpful charity outfit for second hand bikes, maintenance and repairs. We got a bike for my girlfriend from here. A member of staff patiently helped us select the right bike, while my girlfriend tried out seven (yes seven) bikes - slowly crawling round the 500m track each time, while she meticulously checked every facet of the ride. We were there for the best part of two hours! The staff never batted an eyelid; only too happy to help.Most recently I visited to get a new tube fitted after a puncture. The staff were able to do it there and then, while I waited.

I took an old blue bike there last week. They said they could do something with it so that was good to hear. Hope lots of others donate their rusty unwanted bikes to them. They can do wonders with them.
