Bristol Street Motors Renault Exeter

Took my Renault for annual service. Booking up was smooth, reception and communication during the day was good. Health check video was very helpful and further work identified during the service was communicated clearly, done quickly and within quoted price. Items that needed monitoring were identified, no pressure do have work done now that wasn't required yet. Got the car back as promised, my only criticism being there was no sign that the complimentary car wash was done.

Me and my partner recently visited Renault Exeter as we wanted to look at the new may I add fantastic Mégane E-tech, We was greeted by a wonderful man called Ryan who was very attentive and informative but also very down to earth. So after a lovely cup of tea made by Ryan he let us head out in the Mégane, what a car I'm still in love with it now and I am a petrol head. We came back to another cup of tea again made by Ryan! Ryan then ordered us our brand new car, with no pressure whatsoever in what colour we wanted and said it should be here in 3 weeks! We was both pleasantly surprised by this quick delivery. We picked the car up yesterday and Ryan was great at the handover showing us how everything worked and setting up apps, we will definitely be using Renault Exeter again and we hope Ryan is still there in three years time when we renew our car.

Right from the start Ryan couldn't do enough for us, very informative. My husband knows his Ford's inside out and had loads of questions which Ryan answered. Really happy with the experience right to the end when we picked up the car and it was under a cover with a sign with my name on. What a lovely touch ! If we ever purchase a car again from Bristol Street Motors we will want Ryan to be our salesman. He is definitely a vital asset to the business.

I had been looking for a new vehicle for a few months. I recently bought a used Renault from Bristol Street, represented by Steve Wells. This is a thoroughly professional outfit, patiently helping in every way to find the right car for *me*, at the right price. Standards are scrupulously high, communications are prompt and friendly, after-sales, conscientious and willing. This seems to me to be a happy crew who know what they're doing, and I'm a happy customer.

Our experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff went above and beyond even the ones we weren't actually dealing with. We started with mike who sorted everything out in the beginning making it easy for us. We finished with Ryan who gave us the most in depth workings of the car that i have ever had with a new motability car in all the years i have had one. I would definitely use this showroom again.

Ryan the salesman at Exeter Renault Bristol Street was very helpful and friendly couldn’t have asked for better help. We aren’t very good with email technology and Ryan helped us with everything , he explained different ways we could pay for the car so we could made make a decision and when we got our new car he took the time to explain how everything works and he had lots of patience with us as i don’t always understand things straight away. We went to quite a few car dealers to look for a new car and because Ryan was friendly and helpful and not pushy we felt comfortable buying our Renault .

Picked up my new Dacia Duster today , initially I was dealing with Scott who unfortunately was off sick for a few days, and an extremely patient and delightful young man called Ryan took over, any questions were answered ,any problems were solved ,he was an absolute delight to deal with and even sorted out a problem I was having getting a new car insured which if I'm honest was doing my head in , but with his experience in the industry , and his obvious understanding of senior moment's " it was solved quickly and for that alone I would be in his debt. He made the whole transaction seemless Thanks again RyanPaul Stevens"

I picked up my part exchange Renault Zoe EV today and was met with a sign next to it saying Congratulations Chloe, I couldn't believe it! It was such a lovely touch from saleperson Ryan! He was excellent from initial chat outside, knew everything about the car and even did calculations for me as to how much my weekly commuting to work would be. He made everything easy and was helpful with a small issue my husband's new used car (bought from them also recently). Very happy with the service, and pleased to be able to drive another car from this dealership as they do look after their customers.
