As a customer the worst customer service I ever had.. The lady treated as like something else.(I bought a ring from there the ring got plenty of scratches in a day.)

I would have given below 0 if there was an option. This used to be my favourite place to buy jewellery for my self or gift to friends however in recent times every time I go and they would measure me and say they don't have it. This is the third time and as usual the lady who always unfortunately I meet every time said they don't have it for the third time. I have asked her even for the lose size, she said yea.. And kindly told her this is the third time this is happening. She told me to check online or telephone. I said OK. Before I left the room completely.. They brust in to loughtter with her colleague. Absolutely bad customer service. Will never buy anything from this store again.

They don’t tell you that once you’ve bought it you can’t get a refund, I bought a bracelet for my lil brothers birthday doesn’t fit him, upon buying it I was asked if it was for myself or someone else I stated for my little brother, I brought it back to then be told they can only offer a credit voucher in store. I think that’s a joke that they don’t explain that upon purchasing took me 2 months to save this money up I’m only 18

Fair price for silver jewellery, just a shame that don't sell 9ct or 18ct gold but only gold plated silver.

Awful experience and abysmal customer service. Lady who served us literally said she would not go ‘back and forth’ to get jewellery from the back, even though I only asked for two pairs of earrings. Management did apologise but there is no excuse for this behaviour.

Fab quality jewellery, amazing prices, lots of choice , brilliant sales all through the year , helpful friendly staff both in Manchester and Leeds of the areas stores I have visited, brilliant for presents and gifts to friends and family and for yourself. Always reccomemt this place and this store. Thank you for your brilliant products, prices and sales . Jewellery doesn't tend to come in boxes they are a few pounds extra not too much and never breaks the bank act.
