Being new to the area, it was pot luck choosing a building firm to remove a kitchen wall. 2 false starts, builders coming to look then not even an apology.Contacted Andy and was immediately impressed with his professional approach. He made sure the whole process was as painless as possible, dealing with structural engineer and building control. The team never failed to turn up on time and were curtious and tidy from start to finish. Attention to detail was paramount.Couldn't recommend Andy and his team highly enough.

I would highly recommend Andy and have only good things to say about his professionalism and attention to detail.We needed a full side 2 floor extension which was a hefty job. The workers arrived promptly every day and always did a full days work, leaving the site clean on a daily basis.Skips were organised well and communication was great. The team were always polite and friendly, a pleasure to have on site and were really flexible working alongside my childminding business.Several weeks in Covid hit and everything had to stop with the team but Andy then took over himself and came back to work on his own which was hard but we are very grateful that he did. He was able to co ordinate electricians and plumbers and then slowly more member of his team came to finish off things. A tricky time for everyone but I'm impressed with how it was dealt with and although time ran over that could not be helped and frankly we were pleased to get it all finished.Quality of the work completed is a very high standard and although his prices are slightly higher than other estimates , I would always say that you definitely get what you pay for. Take this into account because if you want perfection from a builder, you will get it!

We recently used Andy and his team to complete our kitchen project, which involved removing a wall and ceiling, plastering, wiring and installation of a Howdens kitchen. From start to finish Andy project managed everything making sure that each trade turned up on time and as planned. All the trades were very professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The job was finished to a very high standard and we couldn't be more pleased. We wouldn't hesitate to use Andy again.
