Bigger Living were extremely friendly and reliable from start to finish, and we could not have been more impressed with their level of service.They provided a detailed quote for the project, and we were happy to find that we spent exactly what they quoted us for - there were no unexpected extra costs. They were very transparent about the work they would be doing and what the costs would be, which gave us a lot of confidence in their ability to deliver.The project was completed fairly quickly and efficiently, with the team always working hard to ensure that everything was completed on time. I was particularly impressed with John, who was always available to discuss any concerns or questions we had throughout the project. He was very accommodating and always tried to find solutions to meet our needs.The finished loft conversion was stunning, and we are extremely happy with the work that was done. It has added a lot of value to our house and has provided us with much-needed extra space. Just Wow...Bigger Living Lofts completed our hip to gable and rear dormer loft conversion in January. We are over the moon with the results and still can't believe that the new space is the former loft.We contacted Jon around March in 2021 to get a quote for the works, we had sought quotes from a couple of companies and Jon was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive yet his proposal was the most detailed of all and his attitude was spot on. Immediately we felt comfortable around Jon, he was honest and understanding. Was never pushy on signing up. We had booked in the works to commence in October / November 2021 due to our needs.The entire team onsite from Bigger Living Lofts were always courteous, careful and considerate. Nothing was ever a problem and the site was always left clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to have the team working in the house and we were kind of a little bit lost when they had finished and left ;-)Jon was always available for questions and regularly visited us, his first question is always 'are you happy?'. We have great respect for Jon and appreciate all the work he puts in. His attention to detail is perfect.Thank you so much Jon and all the team for a lovely job, the boys absolutely love their bedrooms especially the secret cupboard!

We were the first to contact Kelly and Jon from Bigger Living before the summer of 2019 but didn't start until 2020, after over a year they have completed our loft conversion, we are still more than happy to write the follow up review and recommend BLL and Jon's team excellency on their customer service, build quality and material they used. Bigger living lofts built our L shape double dormer loft at the end of last year and we could not be happier with their service and the end result. We still can’t believe how much extra living space we gained (two rooms and one full bathroom).From the beginning Jon had a great attitude and made us feel at ease answering all our questions. The quote came in at a comparable rate to other suppliers however his enthusiasm, transparency and pride for his business mades us go with him. We are so thankful we did! All steps of the process were broken down and explained before commencing and Jon offered a payment schedule that worked for us. He checked in regularly to make sure we were on track and happy with the process.Our labour team were absolutely amazing as well! Jamie and Billy, whom I’d thoroughly recommend for your build were incredibly respectful, profesional, hard-working and made sure the house was clean after each work day. Nothing was too much of a problem for them and their attitude was always so positive. Whenever I suggested aesthetic changes to the original plan, they focused on solutions and how it could be achieved instead of giving me the immediate “no, we can’t do that”. It really made a difference having positive people in the team. Every person who showed up from Jon’s team for smaller parts of the build were fantastic too.We are slowly starting to decorate the space and have now had more time so appreciate it all. The attention to detail and high standard through out the loft is immediately visible. The quality of life for us has improved thanks to this build and we no longer have to think about moving as we now have the space we need. Jon and his team made this possible without any headaches or problems along the way. We were very happy that we went with Jon and Bigger Living for our loft conversion. When we were looking for someone to do the job, Jon was the most friendly, knowledgeable and interested person we talked to, and the price was competitive. The information pack he provided with the quote was very useful as well.Through the build, we had Joe and Connor on site who were always respectful of us and our neighbours, and got through the job at a good pace. The loft has been completed to a high quality and we couldn’t be happier. Would fully recommend!

Bigger Living Loft did an amazing job turning our loft into a spacious extension to our home. They listened to our requests and did everything they could to make our vision come true, and now we can enjoy two extra bedrooms, one extra toilet/shower room, and still retain storage space.The way we use our home has changed drastically since our loft was done up, we have more space for all our needs and even spend less in heating thanks to the new insulation.We lived in the house while the loft was redeveloped and many walls were demolished and rebuilt to make room for the staircase. Aside from dust and noise, all Bigger Living builders were nice and well mannered.The loft was finished in time, even if at the time we had a week of the worst weather the country has seen in decades.A few notes about...Price: Jon was happy to navigate through all our options to contain costs. The final price was competitive even after we requested a few extra things like an extra dividing wall. Bigger Living was not the cheapest company we asked a quote from, but they were the most reputable and this reflected in how they always helped when an extra effort was needed to finish things optimally. We were very happy to have chosen them, particualrly because the price remained the same throughout and we didn't have any bad surprises.Extras: Jon guided us through the accessory costs that come with an extension and that are not included in the original quote (like Tiles, Toilet suite, Decorating, and some more), and gave us quotes for some minor additions that we wanted, like extra hatches or light circuits. The quotes were always more than reasonable and the advice given to us for tiles and floors proved to be priceless and saved us money.Bottom line, we are very very happy to have hired Bigger Living Loft. We love the new space in our home and we are sure that the value of the property has increased even past the amount we spent to extend it. Highly recommended!

Jon & his men has been exceptional. The boys were quick, friendly, and very accommodating to your needs.With Jon, I knew I was in safe hands from the get-go. He looked after the whole project for me from start to the very end. He would pay a visit every now and then to ensure me everything is going according to plan. Whenever I had any questions, he was quick to respond and rectified them which to me that is very important and reassuring as this is the first time I have had any kind of building work done to my house.I find it is always difficult to recommend any kind of trade to F&F but with Bigger Living Lofts. After deciding that we really wanted a loft conversion we sought out a few quotes. After meeting with Jon we knew it had to be Bigger Living Lofts to entrust our project to. He immediately gained our trust and confidence and we are so happy with the level of service.We didn't really know what we wanted and Jon, after looking at our space, helped us with ideas and designs.Everything was made easy, from the architect drawings to the planning permissions, Jon sorted everything.Everything was broken down for us in the quote and tailored for our needs with full itemisation for everything we had asked for and a clear payment schedule.The team we had were great, always on time, clean, friendly and polite. Jon was always contactable and often popped in to check on things and to make sure we were happy.We were included in all stages and often invited to check in on the progress.They had their work cut out with me as I am quite indecisive, but my requests were never too much trouble.We now have a beautiful master with a juliette balcony, en suite and reading corner, a dressing room and masses of clean eaves storage. We also had a full re tile of our roof and vertical tiles to complete the look.We had some custom built in cupboards made by Jon's carpenter Dean, we are so impressed with his work, they have made use of all the available space and look great. We contracted Bigger Living Lofts to undertake a Hip to Gable loft conversion, I also looked at other potential suppliers.On meeting Jon we felt an immediate strong and open relation, Jon is honest, open and communicated with us at all times.
