Snug Massage

Loved my massage with Laura. She is very knowledgeable and skilled with regard to massage and I felt I was in good hands. I was a bit concerned about the Covid-19 virus beforehand but I needn't have worried... all safety measures were in place. The clinic is in a fabulous location right on the waterfront - I enjoyed watching the swans and ducks pass by while I was sitting in the waiting area. I feel really chilled and I will definitely be back again!

I received a pregnancy massage as gift and booked in for my first day of maternity leave at 37 weeks. Laura made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. The massage was so incredibly relaxing, it was all I could do to stay awake!! Would 100% recommend this treatment to any expectant mothers, it felt like such an indulgent treat, loved every second!

I’ve had various types of massage with Laura for relaxation, injury or recovery and all have done exactly what I needed them to do. She seems to know exactly where to focus on and how much pressure to use (though will discuss at the start and check in when needed). A lovely lady to chat with if you want or will make it cosy and relaxing if you need to chill.

I started going to see Laura when I was pregnant to help with some of the niggles I started to experience. Since then I have been going back regularly for some relaxation (nice quiet time away from my daughter) and much needed deep tissue massage. Laura is absolutely fantastic and incredibly accommodating. Feeling tired and want a nap while having your massage? Laura will put on some super chill music and gently wake you up when it’s all over. Fancy a chat while your muscles are being worked on? Laura is up for that too!Each treatment is worth every penny. Highly recommend.

I had my first pregnancy massage with Laura yesterday, having had a pregnancy massage elsewhere that left me a little underwhelmed and I was not disappointed at Snug! I'm used to getting deep tissue sports and rehabilitation massages once a month (before bump) so I'm used to higher pressure.. Laura checked with me throughout to make sure the pressure was right and she managed to release all the tension in my upper and lower back and even sorted out a pulled muscle in my rib. 100% worth it! I left feeling like a glowing goddess rather than the bloated lump I turned up as. I will be purchasing a block of treatments and will be going back as much as is possible. Laura has a lovely, caring manner and is very experienced and knowledgeable - she has certainly raised the bar for what I expect of pregnancy massages!

Absolutely amazing pregnancy massage. Laura explained in great detail and we discussed problem areas which she worked on. She always made sure the pressure of the massage was comfortable throughout. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Just what I needed :)

I really recommend Snug massage, especially for pregnancy and postnatal. A soothing spa-like room and atmosphere, the deepest deep tissue massage (if you're into it!) from Laura, and the convenience of same-day booking/parking right outside/open slots at all times of day. Laura has worked so hard to get an offering that works for clients and her skills are constantly evolving. Other 'firm' massages just feel like a cat walking on my back now, and seem just as helpful!

Amazing sports massage, highly recommend! Laura was friendly, welcoming and is very skilled at what she does! The studio was so beautiful too. I had a wonderful pregnancy massage recently with Laura. She was very professional and great fun to chat to, as well as giving a fantastic massage which really helped alleviate a lot of the discomfort I'd been feeling during pregnancy. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
