On hold for over an hour, absolutely useless, six weeks to date trying to reclaim money from them with no joy.

My daughter was dreading her appointment but was treated with kindness and compassion by a lovely member of staff named Angela. She left the meeting feeling positive and happy. Thank you Angela ❤️

It's a job centre. There's not much more to say. It's not the staff's fault. (Most of the time) General advising staff are very knowledgeable and fix your issues quickly. I've had past experience with job advisers, whoever, who consider a forced work placement and JSA to be equivalent to 'earning a wage'. It's draconian and delusional. If there was more availability for jobs in this country, you people wouldn't be sitting at a desk trying to force people to work for peanuts. It's a sham.

These people have treated an autistic and mentally ill relative in a truly disgusting and gaslighting manner. They will not help you find work, they will abuse you and drive you to the point of breakdown. Avoid at all costs. Staff need inclusivity training ASAP.
