Seaham Windows

Seaham Windows fitted a new back door at my father's house. They arrived on time and were very professional and tidied everything up. Very pleased they did a great job.

Over the last few years we have had all our windows replaced in stages by Seaham Windows, including fitting a new french window. The prices were very good and the standard of workmanship and finish could not be faulted. All the work was done on time and at the price quoted. We are well pleased!

I have just had two new kitchen windows and another composite door fitted by John and his team at Seaham Windows and prior to that, had a composite front door fitted. John is professional, arrives on time and delivers on his promise. The lads who do the work are friendly and professional too and do a fab job installing quality windows and doors, can highly recommend.

No good, everything a I asked for was an effort for them. Always saying you will have to go on a list for repairs, took nearly 1 year to come out an do repairs and then they were complaining. They said I will have to pay if I need repairs even though our FULL house window replacement was guaranteed for 10 years. He was saying things like the sealant is not in the gaureentee etc. Then his son said that my windows needed to be re sealed, I only got them put in 2 years ago, he said he charges £40a window to re seal!!!!. They owner was huffing and puffing constantly saying he should charge me. TERRIBLE SERVICE, I will be posting this to warm people.

A big thank you to John and Janet for their help. I was having trouble with the lock on my front door, and rang Janet looking for help(even though the guarantee on my door had long, long expired. Apparently John was not working in the area that day, but Janet contacted him, and he came after he finished for the day. A big thank you, as it put my mind at rest, After having a very worrying day. Could not fault the service.

Seaham Windows came and fitted a new door and windows for us. All of the workers took time to explain the problem and how to fix it. Work was organised quickly and all mess was tidied up promptly. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Came out measured up for damaged double glazed unit, ordered new unit then replaced old unit for new, great job.

John did a superb job of fitting our Grey Composite front door. Sorted wires and alarm cables. Use him to sort all doors. Recommend this firm 110% . Spot on.
