Visited BTST today, as I have trapped nerves and degenerative disc issues with my back.Was made to feel very welcome, and the clinic is absolutely spotless and it's a lovely environment inside and outside.Leanne my orthopaedic practitioner was very professional and helpful, giving me loads of advice, that I'd never had before. This was my first visit and I'm booked in again. Leanne did a number of stretches on my lower back, acupuncture and massage of the lower back.Great place, and at the moment it's feeling like there's been an improvement, which I'm hoping each time it gets a little better.

Fabulous setting to learn about all things lower back. Becky is very knowledgeable and delivers information in a way that is easy to understand and remember. I highly recommend booking on courses here, and I will definitely return.

I was a little anxious about back manipulation but my fears were soon alleviated by Li. She thoroughly explained every aspect of the treatment at each stage. Li, was very professional and thorough with my initial assessment and took the time to listen to my back problems.Gemma, the receptionist was friendly and reassuring on reception.The practice is clean and welcoming. The setting is absolutely beautiful too.

Both experiences with my massage therapist was fabulous and relaxing. Tried cupping for the first time and loved the experience, and Less sore the days following. Friendly and skilled staff.I would highly recommend.
