Went in to repair my iPhone 11 Pro Max which needed a new screen. Following up with the repair the screen popped out the following day. Went back to the guy and advised me to come back the following week Monday and would arrange replacement as he had none in stock. Went back following week and to sort out the issue but the guy had completely forgot about me and then did his checks to only blame my phone and charge me again for a screen replacement despite coming back the next day with the screen issue. Advised me that his boss had come over who is an expert at repairing phone and after diagnosing my phone they had found that the screen was not the issue but my phone however it still needed a new screen so I will be charged again for a replacement screen. Not sure how that made any sense but if you had replaced the screen the week before and I had come in the following day to advise you of the issue then advising me to come back the following week only to charge me again? Make it make sense please. Ended up taking my phone in for repair to FastFixOldham after this issue and had 0 issues with my phone. Avoid this shop for any repairs as the screen will be of low quality that will only last 24hrs if your lucky. When you go back with the issue they will charge again. #SCAM!

Nice enough guy when buying the phone i didnt like the brand new phone i bought so after a week of giving the phone a chance i decide to go back to the store for a refund or exchange and the customer service was terrible the guy told me i could not trade my phone without giving cash upon trade even tho the phone i was willing to trade for was second-hand and when i asked for a refund and showed him that the phone was in pristine condition still he decided to say i cant have a refund even tho on the day of purchase he said if i have any problems i could bring the phone back i aint saying not to buy from the guy just be cautious before buying and dont take his word on refunds as he wont give u ur money back for that reason i give ur services a 3 star
