I sent negative feedback when asked in email, but no reply. I feel very much that it is all about making money. Dont get me wrong my dog was treated, at a HUGE expense, but there seems to be more emphasis on that than empathy with the animal and owner.

Met Alex for the first time who was absolutely wonderful with my two cats. One in a million vet, cheerful, polite and straight talking yet professional. Had such a way with the cats that they didn't even notice they were having their jabs. A calm, positive experience for two house cats, and a nervous owner who worries about them! Alex is an asset to the team, and I'd entrust her with any of my animals. She clearly is an animal lover to the core. Thanks for taking the time to reassure them, it meant a lot
