Boughton Golf Club

Excellent golf course. Very smart bar/restaurant. Very cosy with down lighting. So not a lot of natural light inside. The have a substantial outside seating area with fire pit and down heaters.The course layout has changed from 7 years ago.

My Granddaughters wedding was held here. The staff and venu were first class. A wonderful time was had by all.

Not finished. Building snags everywhere. No HOT water just like warm. No Tea making facilities...just a coffee machine. Balcony door handle broken. Fancy electronic room controls faultyAll reported...but nothing done.

Fantastic golf venue. Very modern and upbeat. All staff extremely polite and welcoming. Golf course was in fantastic condition.BAD POINTS..No bar available to golfers, table service only which was great but then they sting you with a 12.5% service charge on all drinks! What a scam! Ruined the day for all of us.

First round on this course. It’s in great condition. Staff in the pro shot are amazing. Members are all very helpful. Can’t wait to play again

Golf course in good condition but greens on the slow side. A good test as there are quite a few long holes. We got very wet during the round but were unable to change as the club has no changing room or showers. I've played golf for 40 years all over the country and have never experienced this before. There is no bar for the golfers you have to use the hotel lounge bar which is pitch black inside or the outside covered bar. As the hotel is very expensive the drinks followed suit plus then charged a service charge on top. The golf course is very reasonably priced so if I played there again I would go straight out afterwards. I got the impression that the golf was there as an afterthought.

Lovely course. Well maintained and great facilities. Some holes are on very steep so if you have any mobility problems you might want to consider a buggy
