The styles were very outdated and I had to dress/undress myself and put dresses back on hangers. Prom dress side of the shop seemed lovely and modern but the bridal area was sub-par.

Absolutely amazing the lady who was helping me find my prom dress was so lovely and helpful when suggesting different style and colours which would suit me. overall an amazing experience with lots of different choices to choose from.Would highly recommend x

Went in today looking for a prom dress. They could not have been more helpful and attentive. Every dress I could have tried, I did try. I must admit I have a difficult body type to dress, and the lady made me feel so comfortable and was picking out the right dresses to suit me. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is uncomfortable or nervous about going dress shopping, or anyone at all for that matter.

I don’t usually write reviews but after coming in this shop today and being disgusted by the service we recieved I genuinely am so shocked I feel the need to write one. We were shopping for my sisters wedding looking at dresses and had been trying on dresses for reference in other stores in Exeter, we came to catwalk after going to other dress shops to see what they had. We came in and started picking bits out we were just walking around and this older lady, with grey hair came up to me and started questioning me if I had enough money to buy a certain dress that i was holding. I said we were trying on for reference for my sisters birthday and she kept repeating the price of this dress to me (which was the same price as other dresses we had been trying on in other shops previously) , she then went on the day of your not going to buy it or don’t have the money to buy it im not going to let you try it on, which completely shocked me by how rude she was and then she proceeded to take the dress off me! I was so shocked by this service and then decided that i wasn’t going to stay to give these people my money when clearly they were so rude and judgemental. Another one of my sisters bridesmaids had picked out a dress and was holding it and a different worker came over and asked her to take it as someone else in the changing rooms wanted to try it on! I have never received this kind of service anywhere, we had been in multiple dress shops and everyone else had been so lovely and accommodating, we were so disappointed.

First class service. Thank you so much for helping my daughter pick her perfect prom dress. We were welcomed even though we hadn't got an appointment and you spent so much time helping us. Great selection of dresses and your advice was honest and helpful.

Really nice range of prom dresses, the lady who helped us made my autistic daughter feel comfortable. She was very helpful, kind, and courteous. Price range was better than most places we visited and was able to accommodate the small stature that my daughter is. I recommend catwalk 09 for their professionalism. Thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I highly discourage anyone from buying a prom dress from this shop. I am disgusted by the experience my sister had involving one of the older shop assistants. The lady who was working made my sister feel extremely insecure and upset by making snide comments about how she looked in all of the dresses she tried on. After my sister left the shop she was distraught and reduced to tears. That is not how anyone should be treated when looking to buy an outfit to feel special in at prom. AVOID!!!

the women in the shop couldn’t be more helpful, we went in without an appointment because they had space and let us in right away. the woman in there was the most helpful, helped me pick out dresses and complemented how they looked on me. we only went in for a prom dress but the woman even let my sister in law try on a wedding dress. amazing service.

Can not thank these ladies enough been in a few weeks ago to get my prom dress and they were so helpful, made you feel so welcome and comfortable and are able to help you with any questions you need. We went in today for my friends prom dress and again they were absolutely amazing. So thankful for them making this a wonderful experience

Most of the dresses didn’t fit me at all. Also when I was changing into the prom dresses the lady came in when I was showing my bottom half in the middle of changing. Whilst I was changing out of the dress, they were telling me to come out but the dress didn’t fit so it showed everything. The workers were nice but didn’t leave us alone and we kinda wanted to try out prom dresses and not wear just one and deal with it.
