What can I say about the simply amazing Stacey.An absolute star, fantastic customer service. Very patient, extremely diligent with her work. Found us a brilliant price, matched the Tui App price as well.If you need anything in regards to travelling, there is only one person and office to call, that is Stacey and the Cleveland retail park shop.Great travel agents are worth their weight in gold and Stacey is the best.Well done Stacey you have made us very happy.The best travel agent in the UK!!!!!!!!

TUI Cleveland was an incredibly helpful team. Lauren was amazing and really went out of her way to sort everything for us. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Went in on opening day for the Cleveland TUi store and booked a stay cruise for the Mediterranean in May next year. The staff were all wonderful and we were made to feel special. We pop in every so often to see what bargains there are. We are so happy to have a TUi store on our doorstep
