Foxy's Highfield Taxis

Absolutely disgusted by the service from this company, the fact they feel they can steal people’s belongings after they have stated to us that we could go and pick my brothers jacket up from base but when arrived they said it wasn’t there THEN shocked to see that my brothers jacket was being sold on Facebook!!! Messaged the boy selling it and he explained his cousin who worked for the company had told him to sell it “quick” as we was looking for it. It’s such an expensive jacket but it’s just not the point. EVERYONE BE AWARE. We are still trying to get the jacket back. Starting to think this may be a local authority matter if it isn’t resolved.

Driver decided to stop and pick medicine up for another customer and constantly on his phone whilst driving.

Usually have no problems but was 100% not happy with the service this morning. Waiting 20 minutes when was told 10, I told my driver the address 2x and took me somewhere completely different, then drove past my destination and took me to a random st. THEN had the audacity to charge me £2 extra when the price is usually £4, and instead it was £6!I was 15 minutes late to my first day of a new job.

Not consistent. I use this taxi firm when I stay with a relative because it's near to where they live, but I'll be trying a different firm now because I never know whether the drivers are going to be pleasant or ignorant. The last driver who picked me up was grumpy and intimidating but maybe he was just having a bad day! So... One star for service and another because they were punctual.

Dont bother! Pre book so you are not late for appointment and they take the piss!. Favourite thing for operator to say is ' he is two minutes away 20 mins and still waiting!!! Really not happy. No way to treat customers"

I rung the firm approximately half an hour previous to ordering the taxi regarding the price for a taxi travelling from Darwen to Whalley. A man said that it would be £9-10 which I thought was quite cheap but i ofcourse didn't complain. I got in the taxi and when I arrived at my destination the driver said it would be £15 to which I was confused at as not even an hour previously I was told a completely different price. Due to this I rung back the office to consolidate that the price I was told was infact £9-10. Funnily enough he now claimed that the fair is £18. This is a clear scam and I think that people should take this into consideration when deciding what firm to order from. Highly disappointed.

High price, diff price going and coming back and went the long way round, just laughed it off, 2nd guy never shut up, guess he thought just because i hadnt been to that address before by taxi that i was from a different planet, thank goodness ive got my car back out of the garage, 10 min journey turned out to be 20??????

Absolute joke! Got a taxi to Manchester Picidilly booked a return, and they haven't turned up.

Absolutely horrible operator. Rude customer support on the phone. Once everything is smooth they are OK but if there is a problem they are not responsible and you are on your own with your issue. This is not how you should treat your customers and at least pretend that you care and be polite. I hope they've got different staff as well.

Pre booked taxi to get to early app. Turned up half hour late, no apologies dirty grease haired driver, had to stop at garage to get cash got back in taxi and the bloody driver was in the shop. Had to phone my app to examine that I would be 10 mins late. Ignorant old man and dirty cab. Highfield should never have joined up with Royal. Will never use again. What was the point of pre booking to give me time as I can't rush.
